Wind actually doesn’t affect goats that much, they have fur which is a natural blanket. Just ensure that they sleep in a relatively warm place and that it is always dry, it is the wetness that causes problems.
Thanks for the information my question is can afarrmer him or her self deworm or vaccinate his or her goats with the knowledge from avet or it has to be done by avet. Coz my worry is if it's done by only vets the expdeture may be high for a starter

Hi Ashiraf,yes you can deworm your animals, we actually do it our selves but you have to make sure you seek knowledge before you do this, for vaccines at least they take sometime in the body of an animal, so here we are still relying on a vet but still we are learning about it and soon we will be doing it our selves.

Injectable vitamins, it’s hard to point you to an exact one because there are many on the market and different countries have different brands

Instead of taking and bringing back the kids, can the kids be left with their mom if they are in a separate room alone during the first few weeks?
It can work but the mother also needs relief from the kid, they are always breastfeeding
If we separate the kids from their mothers, how do we know if the kids need to suckle ? And do we take the kids to the mothers are or bring the mothers to where the kids are ?
You have to let them out to feed in the morning, at around ten, before mothers go to feed and as soon as they return from feeding. You just let them out for a while to feed them gather them up back to their pen

Multivitamin, you can inject...you can either inject or use water soluble dewormers for deworming

When you separate kids from their mothers all through the night, won't the babies cry all night? Will the mother also not cry through the night?
Once well fed the kids will sleep through out, mothers also tire from over feeding babies. so, no they will not cry.

2. Deworming kids every two weeks isnt ok. It means you are going to create drug resistance in the herd early enough. And only deworm kids that have started eating grass. Deworming babies will destroy their rumens
You might have a point on that one but not only grass causes worms, even milk too, can also get infected from other mothers (does),to be safer you can stretch it to 3 wks,it also depends on environment you in,this is his tried nd tested vaccination plan.
