I used to deliver shipping containers around this area for 2 years. you'll see young people getting off the train surveying the scene like they've reached nirvana. they'll be consumed by the dope analogues sold there. the dealers are kids trying to come up and get out the hood. drugs are dirt cheap chems arriving weekly from chinese ships.
