Guys, stop bashing on other cosplayers. They do it for fun and because they enjoy it. Just because they show some skin or don't have the perfect body/face/age/etc. doesn't mean you can just insult them.

All four are amazing. But the Blake and Yang... incredible.
You know before you criticize another cosplayer on accuracy, you should probably try out cosplaying yourself. Cosplaying is hard work and takes lots of time/figuring out how the fuck does this costume work. These cosplayers are doing that while there's idiots who haven't even touched a sewing needle trying to criticize cosplayers' hard work.
Lets take a moment and appreciate how good those weapons look
Rei's Waifu i have never cosplayed before myself but i have seen some that are so beyond the actual characters they cosplay and its amazing, i critized my friend for the inaccuracy of his Jaune Arc cosplay and all i got was a punch in chin and a really bad kick to the leg!
haha funny. though i kind of agree it is another thing if the cosplay is REALLY off, like did you even try at all? but the people commenting on this video are picking at very small things.

actually, first look at the trailer, i'll say ruby is from Russia and weiss is from Germany or England, while Blake is the only one came from Japan (because of her bushido partner) while yang came from USA lol

Those are some epic cosplays, RWBY is turning out to be pretty amazing, of course this was expected. I mean, Monty rocks and so does everyone else working on the project.

When Yang's semblance activates, her eyes turn red.
Aka when she's angry her eyes are red
hehe she has purple eyes. when she is angry they turn red
She has ab ability when she gets mad she gets really strong thus her eyes turn red
Okay. Let's get one thing straight. Yang doesn't have blue eyes. She has beautiful purple eyes. And when she gets mad, (usually when someone cuts or plays with her hair), her eyes turn Ruby's red. You need to get you're facts straight bruh

I met the girl who cosplayed as Yang. I was at RTX 2013 and saw her.
The Yang cosplay was THE BEST I've seen...most people just grab a jacket, and a crop top with cute jeans, then wear an over sized bra...that cosplay is awesome

I get chills whenever I listen to this song.
At one point in the Yellow trailer, Yang's eyes change from purple and glow a deep red. Since it seemed like that point was when she was strongest during the fight scenes, that might be why the cosplayer chose to wear red contacts.
My friends and I will make some cosplays from RWBY in the next moths to go together on a convention :3 i love Ruby's scythe, i will create 2 versions of it for me with different marterials xD

Pretty solid cosplay here, and that's coming from someone who's not a huge cosplay fan (I clicked the video because I'm a RWBY fan).

Contacts, they make special contacts in many different colors. If you're willing to spend more you can get in in prescription too.

Just gonna put it out there: These cosplayers are awesome.
I like cosplayers and cosplaying, not to show of skin (Believe me, you wouldn't approve of it), but because it's sort of stating without words that I like whatever character my costume is.
Now I'm a noob into cosplaying, so I'm going to stick with this. I'm just happy for Rooster Teeth and Monty that four girls willingly sit down and study the main characters' outfits and then dress up like them. I'm happy to see these girls having fun.
as a Die Hard RWBY fan it would be my dream to cosplay as any RWBY character, sure i am a guy and i could be a guy but when i saw this one guy Gender Bend himself into Coco i thought, why don't i Gender Bend myself into Yang, cos she was the girl who got me into RWBY

Yeah, in the trailer for "yellow" at the end her eyes change colots from blue to red, but chang back when she sees ruby.
Honestly, I think Yang is like the awesome version of Supergirl. I mean in my opinion. Both are fighters and filled with upbeat personalities.

Well, based on googling the character images, I noticed a few things off. Yang's scarf hugs her neck too closely and the gauntlets lack the black lines. Colors on Weiss' "combat skirt" are way off and can't see her blade's details. The firing mechanism on it has consecutive red, which it shouldn't. Blake's left arm sleeve and metal ring looking thing is too low. As for Ruby, her hair is parted in the wrong direction.

The girl that was cosplaying Blake would look better if she had yellow contacts. That would probably help.

Wow all these cosplays are wonderful ! I love all the hard work they put into in making the weapons etc. I was thinking of cosplaying as ruby but i'm still starting out in cosplay this being my 1st year and the crescent rose would take a lot of craft foam and wood to make. So maybe i would try out Weiss instead. Great cosplay !

Given the size and estimated weight of the HVSS Crescent Rose I have determined that, though at reduced power, the Crescent Rose is a weapon that can be constructed and armed with the technology we currently have.

MY GOD WEISS THE SWORD. YOU HAD ONE JOB.
1) Amazing cosplay; 2) Fun fact: Blake is the only character in season 1 who doesn't wear a belt or bare her legs. Also; 3) the girls who wear skirts all have ponytails/short hair, while the girls who wear leggings have long hair, AND; 4) the girls with long hair bare their midriffs. To top it all off; 5) half of the girls are blonde, the other half are Asian.
Those costumes are Awesome !! And the new little feature isa great touch :D The music to RWBY is fkin Top :D
