If my machine doesn't suck the dust when I go forward, only when I go in reverse, what will cause this problem?

the rear tire is jumping just over the rolls of dust that the machine is leaving! I have already observed the drum, the vacuum, the drive unit, I have tried different brands of belts and it always leaves lines of dust, it does not absorb anything when it goes to the front

You have to replace the felt padding around the machine that creates a seal when you drop the drum down. This we’ll help create more suction. Or possibly your fan is bad and or dirty inside the turbine. After I crappy job with mastic adhesive the machine wouldn’t suck up anymore because of all the funk inside the turbine
