The best bowser fight ever was still that one where he chased you through autoscroll. They worked so hard to make the other fights interesting but ended with Bowser on the bridge.
They didn't work THAT hard, they just put in a boss room that wasn't just flat ground, but yeah overall it wasn't a level with a lot of effort put in, I wouldn't like it. Also yeah, that level was really great and memorable, a lot of effort was put into it I loved it

He jumped down at the start and saw the fire bars and the spinies, and it was exactly the same as the pipe. Very easy to see as a viewer, but while playing it, I can understand not seeing that.
