I 100% this game (including phantom liberty) on deck. Version 2.12 of it, so 2 updates ago. I can say if you can’t play on more powerful hardware, Phanton Liberty is fine. Maybe I have a different tolerance but that’s my own opinion.
Cyberpunk is one of the very best looking games and it is so well optimised . It puts some of these new releases performance to shame and none of these new releases look better than Cyberpunk .
I picked the game up during the autumn sale so this is perfect because ill get around to in January since i never finished the game on PlayStation. But if it's not playing good on my steam deck I'll just beat it on my legion go .
Just use the settings from here. You can install the Steam version no issue, you will need something like junk store or heroic launcher if you have the gog version though.
@ I have the 1tb oled base model and don’t know much about what gog is but I’ll look into it. Seems like there’s a good community out here so I’m sure I’ll figure it out. Thanks a lot.
@ oh I see from what I just googled gog is another version of the game other than steam. I’ll just get it from the steam store for now. I put about 500 hours in on PS5 😂
@@Thekingkharigog is like another gaming platform, aside from Steam. Unrelated to your console. If you have the game on Steam then you can just ignore this.
I played though about 80% of the base game when it first came out on the OG Xbox One, despite its god awful performance on the console. So seeing that it actually runs well on Deck is tempting me to pick it up on Steam, especially since it’s on sale atm…
Honestly I would rather not play this on deck after checking it out. Get a lot of sub 30fps, even in areas that dont look that demanding. and it doesnt look all that great either.
What color car do you want and which one do you drive in Cyberpunk 2077?

Know what I really from this update? The option to REMOVE THE VIGNETTE!
YOU CAN DO THAT?😲😲
It’s a shame about the bad grammar. Did you mean the option to turn off the vignette was what you liked or what you wanted?
Just download a mod

Finally! I've been desperate to give this a proper go. The time is now it seems 😍
Enjoy, it's really good. I'm going to have another play through soon myself.
I was elated to hear about the 2.2 update
Phenomenal game. Played through it last year.
I lock my game at 40fps. Def the best experience overall for me.
You on lcd or oled?

Facts 💯
New Elden Ring got announced and it might run well on Deck considering the fact that it has PS4 compatibility just like the original.

Will be reinstalling cyberpunk now
Love the Johnny update
Can give a few jump scare moments though too :D
Didn’t know there was an update and just started a new game last night. Excited to play it again on my steam deck.
Same redownloading now
Did they Fix the framerate drop when in Dogtown?
Watched the actual video? I guess not…
@SteamDeckGaming is this LCD or OLED SD? Thanks
OLED
How many frames maximum were there drawdowns in the dogtown?
Dips to 20 with load spikes driving around fast in some dogtown areas
Just got my Steam Deck Oled 1tb. Am I gonna have to make tweaks and install apps to play this or just use the menu settings in this video?

Nice.
Why don’t you ever talk about the steam menu settings?
I only normally talk about stuff if its not stock but what do you mean so i'm sure
does it have aim assist ?bcz i find aiming difficult in console
Haven't played since launch so I'm thinking about giving it another go.
I'm old enough to remember when games used to come optimized with a tiny amount of space taken up.

@@PhenomRom less and it was still great
@@johnp5250 I agree with you lol
Is driving still awful in night city? This game used to run so much better before they added the gimmicky train
Slightly better, I still haven't used the Metro, I drive everywhere or fast travel close first lol
@SteamDeckGaming same the driving in the game before the train update ran pretty well and only dropped to the 20s in front of Vs apartment
