When she laughs, I laugh and grin from ear to ear, I can't help it! When I need a little mood picker upper I watch this clip and the other one from They Drive By Night. She was adorable.
It looks like fun, but the levity soon ended as the expense of using up the film mounted. Mostly, however, these fine actors were simply exhausted! They woke up before dawn and worked late into the night. Forgeting lines when you're exhausted is humiliating and stressful. The end product, the finished film, was usually pretty wonderful, though, wasn't it?
One of the strangest and funniest things I've seen. I can imagine people having a lot of fun making films back then.
"I think she's a clever idiot, but an idiot neverthesame."
😆
Lol 😂
Film bloopers are always fun to watch. Everyone makes mistakes. They are lucky scenes can be reshot, unlike the theater.
Ann Sheridan had an adorable laugh.
movie's name(?
@@belenheredia2024 I think he's referring to her laugh in the bloopers. Check out Ann in "Angels With Dirty Faces" for a start.
@@belenheredia2024 That was TORRID ZONE.
1:32 Indeed!

Worth the price of admission just to hear James Stewart say 'son of a bitch'.
I love James Steward. One of the best actors in the world. You can tell the actress she was playing with really liked him.
The wonderful Rosalind Russell. See HIS GIRL FRIDAY -- maybe the greatest comic performance by an actress in any movie.
Yes. That's Rosalind Russell. She's was a great comedic actress and a lovely lady.
oh jimmy's adorable! lol
Woah! Now these clips were definitely censored and not shown to the public until many years later!
They swore almost every time they gaffed. Every single one of them. Mostlly GD it, but a few others...
3:46 sound like a sexual joke.😂😂😂
Ya cwas thinking the same thing 😉😜.
the first scene was hillarious!
Ok, the first one caught me off guard. 😂
I love these - they show how the immortal stars of the Golden Era were human too.
Cagney talked at 100 mph...no wonder he tripped up a lot
Pat O'Brien could do it too.
1:43 that’s Superman.
George Reeves.
🥰Ann Sheridan

It's weird seeing Jimmy Stewart saying, "son of a bitch!"
Man I love Jimmy!
Love Helen Vinson with Cagney 😍
Hand written screenplays. Amazing.
Actually, no, they had typewriters back then...
Even James Stewart gets the opportunity to flub all over the place. Just like James Cagney and Pat O’Brien.
Does anyone know which movie is this line from 3:46? Thank you in advance.
Quality.
3:31 Yoo wtff he really just slammed his head so hard Lmaoo
(Sept 2020) (May 17, 2021).1:37. 2:40. 3:00. 3:12
A GOOD BUNCH OF EGGS!!!! 🤣
Lol 😅

Did I see a pre-super man George Reeves in one clip?
Yes that was George Reeves in a supporting role of "Sancho", the movie was called Torrid Zone (1940).
Grab him tight - give it to him! :-)
That was so friggin' funny! I think it was Humphrey who said it. Don't you just love Ann's laugh/giggle and the look on George's face?
what movie is 3:38?
Here are some of the bloopers restored in HD ruclips.net/video/Zw3vPaSiyec/видео.html
Which movie is 3:10
No Time For Comedy
A very young and unknown Chris Reeves at 1:47.
George, not Chris
son of a . hahahaha
Those actors really loved to swear and take the Lord's name in vain.
I guess bloopers weren't funny yet in 1941.
LOTS of using the Lord's name in vain. Wow!!
James Cagney reminds me so much of Evan Peters. Great stuff.
