I have to say, if NFS2015 had the things HEAT did right, it would be my absolute favourite arcade racing game ever. Just bringing the customisation, the world's hostility, the better handling and the dynamic world feel of HEAT into the game would make it stellar.
Could agree with most, but handling? Nah it's been a downgrade since 2015 the last 2 nfs handling is by far the worst of them all, nfs prostreet is still the best in case of handling imo
Ok update: I just played it and got a MASSIVE headache from the 30fps. Sonofabitch. Once you go 60fps there really is no going back!! … and yeah, the controls still feel fcuked up on a ps4pro as they do on the ps5. I guess I can never re-learn all those hours spent in the game. Sad.
People are going to hate me for this, but I found the cops lowkey kinda fun. I agree they needed to be more aggresive but I actually hate it in Unbound when they are waay to aggresive and they spawn everywhere. I am just trying to cruise around
I beat 2015's every achievement. The full story and all prestige gold. That game was so ahead of its time and for me it was the last true NFS. The storymode with the live action cutscenes, the atmosphere, the ui, the music.. everything
@@bryansamson820 Yea the car selection was pretty light. Atleast the cars they did give us were enough of a variety to pretty much cater to everyone. The only 2 big issues I had with 2015 was the terrible...TERRIBLE handling model and the sheer lack of customization, esp some cars, which have next to none.
This. Handling was bad (still is kinda bad), always online and customization was a big limited. Now you can pretty much experiment and use different aftermarket body kits from different brands in a build. 2015 had stance tuning which has yet to make a return to the series.
Love 2015 it was a huge try to revive the game and they did a good job. loved the feel and the graphics loved the handling and most of all i loved the live action aspect because it was nostalgic to a ppont of some older games. Its always going to have a soft spot in my heart
@@glitch_finder69 Handling wasn't that bad once you found a setup and car that suited you personally. Iirc i did mid grip tires, very slightly to the drift side and no assists with the AE86, and man it was so easy & nice to drive. Also quite easy to dominate the drift speedlists
@@MrBluePoochyena seems you have quite the standard to the handling of your car in this game, I mean if it works for you then good for you, my driving is a bit more.. serious and fast to try and gold prestige events.. you know? So that little tuning wouldn't work very well, especially with the game itself not cooperating with it's trashy handling and physics
2015 Hate: 1. Too dark ugly graphics. "film grain" 2. Boring map. No matter where you are on the map everything looks exactly the same. Zero change in scenery, every corner looks exactly like the last one. 3. On the ground arrow guide made racing irritating having constantly to look at mini map where to go cause the ugly graphics and your car block the arrow. 4. Worst handling out of every racing game in existence. Now, how can you like this garbage?!
I prefer nfs 2015 for the fact that it’s a more grounded street racing experience, no cringe cops vs street racers storyline just people racing for fun and respect, the atmosphere is beautiful, speedlists were super fun, the ability to challenge people to a race on the fly was cool, also had the funnest drifting out of all the modern nfs games.
Are you kidding? The handling especially the drifting was absolutely atrocious. Like top 3 worst handling games I’ve ever played. Yes I’m a sim racer so it’s gonna be my opinion but yeah unplayably bad. Not to mention how extremely inconsistent and unpredictable the oversteer vs. understeer is.
If you a appreciate a more detailed map, other small details and games made with passion not greed then look no further than NFS 2015. A really neat detail is when you turn your car off, the music audio changes and it sounds like it's actually inside your car with windows up, as opposed to just coming straight through your TV speakers. Amazing little detail.
In heat the traffic lights don't even work. 2015 has a proper traffic light cycle. I know a lot of people don't gaf about that but I actually play realistically and cruise/ obey traffic laws when I'm not racing. That's just me though. Also it doesn't rain all the time and the time is changed depending on area of map
As someone who played underground 2, most wanted, and undercover (for ps2), I really like the NFS 2015 experience better. The visuals really do it for me and the highway races really scratch an itch I've had for years now. Coming straight from the PS2 to the Xbox Series S there is just something about 2015 that brings me back to that era.
I never beat heat, the story is good but I just couldn’t find the passion to finish it. 2015 tho I beat and I find myself constantly coming back to it bc it’s so fun. I love the graphics, music, cars, handling tuning, story, atmosphere. 2015 was made with passion and really highlights the 2010s car scene. It’s up there with underground, carbon, and the other OGs
NFS Heat would have been amazing especially the Miami inspired setting had it not been what seems to me perhaps RUSHED? Details : So much lacking. Map feels rushed. Little to no parked cars and traffic density, not enough props to make the setting look like a proper city compared to NFS 2015, overuse of the same style of vegetations in bldg. landscapes (you'll notice this a lot), marina areas looks bare af. and a lot more. (I love details in maps cause it adds immersion and atmosphere making racing even more memorable like 2015 despite the negatives in that game, just use mods to improve them) Elevated Highways : I miss the "wangan" feel like most NFS games had. NFS 2015 had it, NFS Underground 2 had it and even NFS Unbound, it provided amazing views of the city and surrounding areas. It's such a vibe to drive in these. Night Races : once every performance level is unlocked, there isn't much reason to grind night races. cause it doesn't give you money. it should have given money Campaign : Wheeeere is the underground league that's been mentioned? I wish there were rivals to beat. A little nod to NFS MW's blacklist type of system. Music: NFS 2015's variety imo was better. However there are some really good ones in Heat from MKNBSNSS and Tycho
Some of these are valid points but high heat races at night paid _tons_ of cash, upwards of $100k. Those provided some incentive to night race so you can still be rewarded when you were max rep level
@@jaeda6th Oh I didn't know that lol since I stopped playing heat due to the "rushed" feel of the game. I wish the city didn't look so damn bare and lacking in small but important details.
I agree, 2015 has an amazing map. You have the canyons, 3 cities, high ways, and all sorts of shortcuts - all of which just have been beautifully detailed.
9:38 including Nakai known as “Rauh Welt Begriff”. Classic Porsche* cars having a specific bodykit built by himself and only. Aka (Akira Nakai) the person who created and still continues to build RWB bodykit on classic porches. Matthew pointed out “Nakai” it you didn’t notice that LOL
That mesh transform thing is called *LODs* or level of details, it's used by games to smootly load in heavy 3d models without sudden lag or freeze by slowly loading the lowest quality mesh then the second lowest and keeps going up the ladder to the full scale quality mesh, you can see this mesh effect in Heat too in the cars selection screen around 7:09
You guys mention lack of drag races. I also feel like NFS 2015 had more drift type evens like the Gymkhana, Tongue, and Drift train that we dont get in Payback, Heat, or Unbound. the most annoying thing in NFS 2015 on PC is the "Server is shutting down for maintenance" every few hours that seems like a "GO OUT AND TOUCH GRASS" punishment for playing long sessions of a video game.
The URL update made drifting better in Unbound imo but the update isnt enough to keep me entertained because its tied to the online functionality and that sucks.
The server thing is still an issue on console too. And the AI is so broken now that the drift trains don’t even drift and often times the cars lose control and get stuck meaning you have to restart. The game is awesome aesthetically and story wise but man the actual gameplay and handling is atrocious
Facts. I can be doing a race in NPCS and when I go to pause it I remember I can't cause its always online and I crash, so I have to quit the race, and finish whatever I'm doing outside the game, And drive back to the event to do it all over again. Why didn't they make it Pause able in offline when your in a solo game 😭😭😭😭☠☠
2015 looks better, has a better soundtrack and vibe but gameplay wise, Heat beats it. For me gameplay is the peak priority however people who rate 2015 higher obviously care more about graphics and overall vibes.
I personally loved drifting in nfs 2015 the best compared to the other nfs games. It was the most intricate and satisfying thing to master. Plus the overall vibes and music. Best latest nfs game for me because of this. Also the fact that they gave us the option to set the type of gearbox to “Per Vehicle” is which Manual Transmission was best for drifting and would have it set for all my drift cars. This feature alone saved me from having to switch my gearbox settings each time I switched cars. THIS AND STANCE TUNING BRING IT BACK!!
NFS 2015 has the worst drifting in any game I’ve ever played… you have to be kidding. It’s not “intricate” it’s unpredictable and poorly designed, feels lazy and frustrating. Don’t lie to yourself lol
Kinda hyped about the next NFS (even though no news came out for it) because if Criterion continues to add good things to Unbound, the next one will have a solid ground to build on.

NFS 2015 could've been really good (and basically meant no other games like Payback, Heat and Unbound) IF they didn't make it online only! Like seriously, 80% or more of car models are reused from 2015 in all the games released since then, and their graphics progressively got a tad worse, if not unchanged.
I need to go back and play 2015 with my little sister. I made her a Mustang and we hung out a bunch. She's not that good at racing but she's trying. She does manage to outrun the police and do a full drift circle around a gas station. I should get back in with her before the servers shut down.
Honestly this video might actually help me finally figure out why people genuinely like 2015 despite its god awful inconsistent handling and physics. It's been a mystery for years by now and I'm looking forward to solving it
BUT FOR SURE. NFS 2015 was the last real Need for Speed, it seemed like a truly underground game. NFS Heat looks like a Need For Speed of alternative young people from central New York, as if it would be cool to dress the character like The Sims. NFS Heat is only better in customization, the rest loses badly. The NFS 2015 graphics is the best to date
*Let me say one thing about the story of 2015. People like to give it crap for being cringe. Well, that's what you get with live-action. Take an OBJECTIVE look at Most Wanted 05, Carbon and Undercover, not one clouded with nostalgia. Pretty cringe.* *But more importantly, it's a somewhat believable story. It's just a story about people that like to build and race cars. You know, LIKE US HERE IN THE REAL WORLD?* *No F&F copycat bs. Not trying to tell you something about S O C I E T Y. Not trying to tell you that street racers are being opressed by "the system". Just a feel good story about you and your mates doing what you love.* *If anything, Heat's story is E D G Y. I feel like i'm watching what a 14 years olds interpretation of what Police are. And Ana is an irresponsible brat. Lucas best character in Heat.*

So you enjoy trash physics and handling and you like to cover that patch up with looks and such? Come on man it's a racing game, physics and driving is the main priority and nfs 2015 doesn't have that, stop sugarcoating it
Tbh i think the only reason people remember nfs 2015 way more positively than Heat is purely because of the jump We went from MW2012 and Rivals, to basically what was dubbed the "Underground/Carbon revival". That jump and that promise got people so hyped. But for the next few games, although they were objectively better, the jump was nowhere near as big - if anything they were mostly iterative games at that point. They just never got the opportunity for THAT level of marketing. Its a shame aswell since it coulda meant Heat woulda had a chance to be supported long term
People who rate NFS 2015 higher just remember the graphics and forget about the cop logic and driving physics. Yes, it looks amazing but as a GAME YOU PLAY it has many problems. Heat destroys it in this regard.
On paper: Yes, NFS Heat is definitly the better game. However what you didnt give points to: is the journey. Let me explain: After a couple of dissapointing NFS Games, EA announced that they are going back to a more Underground theme. The devs were open to the community from the very first second, revealing a lot of pictures, trailers and "Under the Hood" articles. I remember when I saw one of the first images of the green RWB Porsche in 2013 or 2014, I analysed every pixel and got hyped about the bodykit, the custom wheels etc. Then the first trailers came out: With literally Icons from the car community across the world underlined with a piano version of "Gangsters Paradise". The content creator also did their part. In fact, if NFS2015 wouldn't exist i wouldn't be right here, wirting this comment. I wouldn't know about Blackpanthaa, LPN05, StraightUpHippo and a lot more. Some of them posted videos about an early version they played, some of them analysed screenshots and every frame of the trailers, some of them counted every car you could barely see and so on. And the love from everyone, the devs, the community, the players, the content creators, didnt stop when the game was released. The devs listened to the community and updated the game every 2 months over a year, creative people, like Crowned, made incredible videos. In fact so impactful that he no only got mentoined by the officials from NFS, he also had an impact on the next games (not Payback lol). In short: The vibe in NFS15 is unbeatable, but not only in game but also outside of the game. The devs and the community made NFS15 one of the best Need for Speed experiences in years. NFS Heat felt more like: Take game, give money (which is not Ghost Games fault)
Yo, I will say this because no one mentions it, NFS games mostly cater to 1 of 2 cultures, 1 "Car Culture", Making your car look and sound amazing the racing them like Undergound 1 and 2 being in magazines and DVD covers photoshoots etc. being flashy and standing out. Then there's 2. "Racing Culture" like Most Wanted and Heat, high performance and max stats for the race. 2015 tried to blend them together having icons from both cultures. To each there own, I prefer Car culture NFS games because they're fun to play and they are fun to replay, they have a more login and go have fun approach. Whereas Racing culture NFS games are one and done because the journey is so long and annoying doing it again feel like a chore. but thats just my thoughts
2015 had the vibe and I'm pretty sure the story was longer than Heat's. I finished Heat's story and I was like "That's it? Really?". Felt like I finished it in 5 hours, whereas it felt like it took me around 8-9 hours to finish 2015's story. Heat also just felt very zoomerfied to me. The music especially felt like it was catered towards zoomer broccoli hair dudes. Muting it was one of the first things I did. Unbound seems even more zoomerfied and it's put me off buying the game, even when it's on sale on Steam. I hope the next NFS has more of a dark, gritty atmosphere and less zoomer trap rap garbage.
2015 definitely had the best soundtrack but I don't think Unbound is nowhere near as bad as Heat. Heat is so horrendous to a point where it stands as the ONLY game I muted the music on. So, so bad. Unbound has 50% bangers and 50% noise to be honest.
Well, if 2015 is being compared with Heat, then we've got some other things to consider. Firstly, we might as well throw Payback and Unbound comparisons into the mix, as well as pitting those two games against eachother and others of the era. Basically, Payback vs. 2015/Heat/Unbound, as well as Unbound vs. 2015/Payback/Heat. I know that a couple of these comparisons have been done on the channel previously, but it would be interesting to see how Theo's opinions stack up and have evolved over the years, just like the progression of Need For Speed's core attributes.
Since 2015... i played 2015 the most, then Heat, then Payback, but i religiously launch Unbound lately because i really really like the multiplayer challenges. its kinda addicting grinding for the cars, doing a couple forzathons (i forgot the name) and then joining the playlists!
And im trying to unlock every car rn. I think tho every game is good... i really love NFS. I would say Heat was the best tho, with the tuning, the accessability, the mods, the open world and progress. Also vibe & story wise i think it was the best of em all.
@@Captain_Juice played the game and it’s mid. Racing is fun but it’s just not presented in a way that’s engaging or interesting. The storyline is just a cringe fest. The UI looks like it’s just been ripped from Fortnite. There is absolutely no charm to it.
@@current3109 Tbh I agree with all of your points. I think that the daytime races were pretty boring and not very engaging. The sense of speed is lackluster compared to the older NFS titles and don't even get me started on the drifting. And the game is unfinished and overrated, just my opinion.
I love that in Heat Police chases could be done in the multiplayer world, people would actually see you running away from the cops and they could help you out crushing them, you could actually see real players & AI racing in their circuits, while you were running away from the cops you could go and interrupt them or crush them lol, it was awesome, it made the world feel alive. But look at Unbound, a new game in a new generetion, but they removed all of that. AI bots automatically despawn when you finish a race, and if you're online and start a race, you despawn from the online world therefore nobody will see your race circuit. It sucks man, we should ask them to bring that back. I hated Forza because of this reason, real players are "transparent" / "translucid" and you cannot get interrupted in races. And they decided to bring that to Need for speed? what's next, no cops in need for speed?
I just purchased NFSH like 2 weeks ago,I can't put my controller down,in the daytime I get vibes of the old nfs most wanted,at night I get the Carbon vibes, cops are freaking annoying as hell.
I think Heat clearly wins but recently I've been addicted to NFS 2015 with a few simple mods because I really want to enjoy the game, honestly I haven't had this much fun since the launch of Unbound
Unpopular opinion, Shaw was more cringe than the fist bumps in NFS 2015. I loved both games but my preference goes to 2015 for the overall vibe and car culture. Heat had a great gameplay and rightfully so, since built upon the base of 2015 itself (with the tweaks that Payback brought too!) Unbound is kind of a really good mix of both of them now
Overall, NFS '15 is better for me simply because it was a return to form for car customization. I remember vividly seeing them customize a car for some of the promo material. I was so excited to buy a NFS game for the first time in a long time when that game came out. NFS '15 walked, so Heat can run.
When u play NFS 2015, while ur car is idle, turn the wheel and watch how slow the tires change direction. I think they were trying to make it more realistic with the timing of an actual steering wheel turn over. Thats the only thing i can think of bc ive noticed when I played, it locks up and doesnt actually turn the car when going from a right to a left turn. The transition of the wheel makes it slower which makes it seem like the steering is locked up. Thats the only explanation i can come up with
As someone who grew up on these from underground I have to say. NFS franchise has always delivered the goods when it comes to everything. Trying new things every year has its up an downs but nothing will compare to them. Waiting in class to get out and go run home to play was the best. Now as adult waiting to get off work waiting on my son to finally go to bed and sneak away 🎉 I'm playing all over again with my son now and it still 🔥🫡🤐
Still preffer 2015, Heat never got the atmosphere right… In 2015 every time i leave the garage i feel like i’m going for a drive at 4am on my tuned car. And also Heat came a lot of years after 2015 and the improvements were marginal compared to the time they spent making them. 2015 at the time of release was a bigger thing because it included a whole roster of new cars, upgrade system, graphics, etc.
@@BlackPanthaa Shit really? It never let's me accelerate properly or shift, there might be a widespread fix now but it's stopped me from coming back consistently for a few years now
@@EdynGTRacing When I played the game on my last pc I had this problem too, I could only drive very slowly, my game would barely run without crashing too. In my case it was caused by my system using over clocking, the game does not like that.
The MAJOR thing I absolutely HATE about 2015 is that it REQUIRES an Internet and/or server connection JUST to play the game. A SINGLE PLAYER experience. You have GOT to be joking. Major dealbreaker for me, even though the visuals and graphics are better in 2015. Let's be honest. I don't care about the reason why EA did that with the online requirement to 2015.
I love the vibes of need for speed 2015 the most it’s my favorite in terms of setting. But heat overall has more and is objectively better. But today my nostalgia is winning
Need for speed 2015 was always during the night because technically the whole story takes place in one night. Weird, but if it takes us nine hours to beat the game, in the game world, it was only 5 to 6 hours over night. So like 10am- 4am type thing. Hopefully that made sense.
one thing i didn't like about heat was the fact once you got all ultimate+ parts and got to level 50 there was absolutely no reason to play during the night, which sucked because I enjoyed the world of heat so much more during the night with the bright lights or even the burning forest and the high heat events with all the fire. the risk of losing it all with the cops which in the end when there was nothing left for you to earn the cops lost purpose and so did night time it would have been nice for ea to find a way to keep the night usable even once you've unlocked everything. street racing + night time is a vibe
NFS Unbound has the same story as Hotwheels: Velocity X without the boss races and main baddie. Unbound could have really done something cool with the story like make it where the guy pulling the strings who stole Rydell’s cars was working with the police or something and there was a crazy head to head race at the end. But instead it was mainly just a friendly rivalry against your ex-partner who you quickly forgave at the end
NFS 2015, even 9 years after release still is extremely amazing. Too bad that since its online only, the game may close its doors very soon like THE CREW Series.😢

Theres no way people think that, the only thing 2015 did better was stance tuning and the atmosphere
This. Handling was bad (still is kinda bad), always online and customization was a big limited. Now you can pretty much experiment and use different aftermarket body kits from different brands in a build. 2015 had stance tuning which has yet to make a return to the series.

3. On the ground arrow guide made racing irritating having constantly to look at mini map where to go cause the ugly graphics and your car block the arrow.
4. Worst handling out of every racing game in existence.

Well NFS Heat has breakable trees, soooooo there’s a clear winner here
Breakable trees are made for people who dont know how to steer my man, takes away all the dodging

Should have definitely have had a music category, creates a very specific vibe especially in the garages
2015s garage is unmatched
NFS Heat would have been amazing especially the Miami inspired setting had it not been what seems to me perhaps RUSHED?
Details : So much lacking. Map feels rushed. Little to no parked cars and traffic density, not enough props to make the setting look like a proper city compared to NFS 2015, overuse of the same style of vegetations in bldg. landscapes (you'll notice this a lot), marina areas looks bare af. and a lot more. (I love details in maps cause it adds immersion and atmosphere making racing even more memorable like 2015 despite the negatives in that game, just use mods to improve them)
Elevated Highways : I miss the "wangan" feel like most NFS games had. NFS 2015 had it, NFS Underground 2 had it and even NFS Unbound, it provided amazing views of the city and surrounding areas. It's such a vibe to drive in these.
Night Races : once every performance level is unlocked, there isn't much reason to grind night races. cause it doesn't give you money. it should have given money
Campaign : Wheeeere is the underground league that's been mentioned? I wish there were rivals to beat. A little nod to NFS MW's blacklist type of system.
Music: NFS 2015's variety imo was better. However there are some really good ones in Heat from MKNBSNSS and Tycho
Some of these are valid points but high heat races at night paid _tons_ of cash, upwards of $100k. Those provided some incentive to night race so you can still be rewarded when you were max rep level
@@jaeda6th Oh I didn't know that lol since I stopped playing heat due to the "rushed" feel of the game. I wish the city didn't look so damn bare and lacking in small but important details.

underrated feature of nfs 2015 nobody mentions is the story + the descriptions on all the parts

The 2015 graphics are worse though by a decent chunk. They hide it with a dark lighting setup and atmosphere

*But more importantly, it's a somewhat believable story. It's just a story about people that like to build and race cars. You know, LIKE US HERE IN THE REAL WORLD?*
*No F&F copycat bs. Not trying to tell you something about S O C I E T Y. Not trying to tell you that street racers are being opressed by "the system". Just a feel good story about you and your mates doing what you love.*

Tbh i think the only reason people remember nfs 2015 way more positively than Heat is purely because of the jump
We went from MW2012 and Rivals, to basically what was dubbed the "Underground/Carbon revival".
@@Anonymous_0894literally the only argument here is the vibe or how the game went back to customisation even though Heat has that but way better
Nfs Heat is better than 2015 but later the nfs mw 2005 remake will be the best
Just to let you know, we’re not getting most wanted remake.
Nfs 2015 story was way better than heat in my opinion.

When u play NFS 2015, while ur car is idle, turn the wheel and watch how slow the tires change direction. I think they were trying to make it more realistic with the timing of an actual steering wheel turn over. Thats the only thing i can think of bc ive noticed when I played, it locks up and doesnt actually turn the car when going from a right to a left turn. The transition of the wheel makes it slower which makes it seem like the steering is locked up. Thats the only explanation i can come up with
Nfs 2015 was how I found your channel so Im voting that just because it brought back so many memories
As someone who grew up on these from underground I have to say. NFS franchise has always delivered the goods when it comes to everything.
Trying new things every year has its up an downs but nothing will compare to them. Waiting in class to get out and go run home to play was the best.

Since you were modding heat, were you using pre-pre-nerf police?
And yes they were nerfed twice
Still preffer 2015, Heat never got the atmosphere right… In 2015 every time i leave the garage i feel like i’m going for a drive at 4am on my tuned car.
And also Heat came a lot of years after 2015 and the improvements were marginal compared to the time they spent making them. 2015 at the time of release was a bigger thing because it included a whole roster of new cars, upgrade system, graphics, etc.
If you're saying the cops aren't scary in NFS 2015 then you haven't ran from the cops long enough. NFS heat isn't anywhere near as good as NFS 2015.

@@lucasrem yeah I also enjoyed your crew they did a good job on them as well. 2015 is just so damn good. First game I ever platinumed on PS4 as well
I wished they had kept the map Ui & the Speedometer Ui from 2015 NFS into Heat ,
It would’ve been so clean
Need for speed 2015 was always during the night because technically the whole story takes place in one night.
Weird, but if it takes us nine hours to beat the game, in the game world, it was only 5 to 6 hours over night. So like 10am- 4am type thing.
Hopefully that made sense.
We need more baguettes, fr bro, 😢
That HELLLOOOOOOO from Matthew had me nostalgic.
Heat city feels fictional, 2015 city feels real
When the trailer came out, still this day I only remember in the trailer when the cop yelled “I SAID RIGHT NOW!” LOL
The best story is the run and undercover for me and they made a movie based off the run
Man.. i really am craving a game that gives that 90's-2000's japan club feel. I wanna see them midnight famous club cars we hear stories about in 4k
one thing i didn't like about heat was the fact once you got all ultimate+ parts and got to level 50 there was absolutely no reason to play during the night, which sucked because I enjoyed the world of heat so much more during the night with the bright lights or even the burning forest and the high heat events with all the fire. the risk of losing it all with the cops which in the end when there was nothing left for you to earn the cops lost purpose and so did night time it would have been nice for ea to find a way to keep the night usable even once you've unlocked everything. street racing + night time is a vibe
EA usually patches their online only games unless they're explicitly multiplayer
Remember Rivals was online only too now you can play it 100% offline
They're actually almost the same game, but 2015 have less content than Heat in everything
