Hi, please I just got the Oraimo Freepods Lite, and the left ear isn't working. I've tried the instructions on the manual for this, but it still isn't working...what do I do?

Put both earbuds back inside the case and then close the cover. Then, press the reset button hard at the side for about 10 secs, then take both earbuds out of the case and reconnect with your phone.
If this doesn't work then you will need to return it back for a replacement.

It switches off automatically and charges when out inside the case. Hope you have already removed the paper seal from the bottom of the airpods...

Which would you recommend between Rhyme and Freepods lite? I value sound quality and comfort so much, and I have small ears. And I would have gone for the Freepods 3C if not that they fall from ears too often
