Computer generated speech in anything but English... something I am registered with RUclips in. Hello! No comprendo language preference or something? --- Now for content. This video might have had wide audience appeal, but for its refusal to be directed to people that can understand the stuff spoken. You might want to pay attention to language in the future. I, as a viewer, was not entertained.
This video was directed for an internet savy Japanese audience. It wasn't for you. Computer Gen voices are common in videos where the creators want to hide their voices for privacy. As for recommendations, youtube's AI always makes mistakes from time to time.

This remains true because RUclips asked my for my language preference when I signed up for membership in RUclips. That preference remains something that RUclips has never used to direct videos to my recommended page, 7 years later. --- However, let's look at your comment. This is RUclips, a private entity owned by Google. This means no-one is entitled to privacy under the law, or any related principle whatever. These are the same principles that govern the presence of a person on your front porch. You have a right to know who this person is, and you have a right to kick this guy off your property if you don't like what he says or does. This is why we see operations like Facebook, Twitter, and RUclips, and several others; blocking content on their social operations' websites. In many honorable ways, these operations have every right under the law, and basic customs placed all over the World, to demand certain things of the people using their services. This means you personally, need to grow up and take responsibility for what you say on RUclips. But most importantly, you do not have a right to hide your identity on RUclips. You never did, and that right remains alien to your presence here. These principles extend to the post'r of this video, and his execution of his rights and privileges.
