So glad I read the comments before starting to meditate. i’ve had many experiences with sleep paralysis whilst trying to fall asleep, and they have nearly all been really unpleasant (evil in nature). Only once have I actually just let it happen because I felt a warm kind presence. Now i’m scared to do this and go to sleep because I don’t want to experience the evil that haunted me every bad time 😂
How do u get out of sleep paralysis stage? Only been in sleep paralysis stage once or twice though I know how, and I’ve gotten to the cusp of the actual projection once but it ended abruptly. Do I think of something in particular when in the paralysis stage?

Then work on exit techniques switching between techniques every 20 to 40 seconds. I am always so groggy in sleep paralysis. When I acutely become aware in paralysis I instantly try sitting up and almost strain to sit up or roll out of my body. I am actively trying to AP but I think my issue is I don't relax into the sleep paralysis FIRST. So I've been seeing the intention to either wake up in sleep paralysis, since I can set that intention strongly, because I know it can be done, (or I set the intention that "my mind will stay alert and aware when my body falls asleep" since that was the 1st intention that actually worked. Once I finally become aware again in paralysis I'm not going to strain so hard, I'm going to relax and try the sinking exit or AFTER I relax maybe try the roll out. Hope this helps at least some.

Lay down, breathe, think your day, let your mind stay awake, let your body fall asleep, then try hard not to move, and just focus, when the Intense Vibrations start, just let them happen, and then after that ordeal of however long it may be, you might feel a tug on you, somewhere on your body, after that you focus on the feeling, that tug, it may feel weird, you may want to feel it physically, but don't move, try to then visualize letting go of that tug, after the pop, you should probably be in astral form.

Or you can try to play it on a very low volume and astral project while listening to it. All it does is to put your brain into the right frequency to astral project. Yes, it ll make it much more difficult, plus you may have a bad 'trip' cause inexperienced persons might feel anxiety and fear. Being high may get things worse. I don't recommend it and you don't need it at all.

Yeah, I need the L/R frequencies too. You can configure the frequencies in a mobile app called BrainWaves.

93.70/100 hz (L/R). But your headphone range is not really relevant for binaural beats. All headphones will have a range from around 40 hz at least

My headphones pick up the difference, you have to listen to only one side at a time to tell the difference. Left is deeper right side is higher
If you can hear wobble with both sides in but not 1 side in, then they are different frequencies.
