Oni is my fav for nano right now. Polarized mine gets 700+dps. I live in wh space and its great against things like draugers, and other troublesome frigates and destroyers
I often used one or two percent powergrid implants for fits. It definitely helps to get rigging skills high up too. You can use the ghostfitting feature and hover over your powergrid to see how much you're missing % wise. Hope that helps.
Curious, is there a reason you unload the ancil before repping it? I always try to combine reload and repping when possible, if I'm not mistaken the nanite repping and reload timers can run concurrently.

However, it doesn't run your capacitor completely dry in a cycle, so you can use the ancillary armor repairer without paste (it just reps a lot less). When I'm repping up and not in a fight, I try to preserve paste, as I'll also need it to repair heat on modules.

Yeah, I tried an 800 plate + ancil fit and wasn’t a big fan of it. I think this might be best as a swift flyswatter.

Lacking power grid for this fit... do you use implant for it ? Or my energy weapon rigging lvl 4 is not enough...

Unloaded it to rep when I'm not in a fight to preserve Nanite Paste.

How do you focus on tracking? what did you mean by that?
By putting all my effort into matching transversal with the target (the blue line) and doing my best to get good hits on it.
