Just watched the Blind film dvd. Kudos to such a great film. I cried from beginning to the end. A professional production and the scenery and music was awesome. The actors were magnificent.

I’m 25 and I like a little bit of Elvis. I’ve seen the movie that was made last year or two years ago about him plus some movies starring Elvis himself. Phil also said that he likes the music from O Brother Where Art Thou. Still love that movie and the music.
I would really like to know more about the whistle that inspired Phil to make his duck calls. The one showed in the movie I remember that type when I was young in the 1970's, Drove the adults NUTS ;D

The "railroad hobo's" had a written code that they would mark a fence, or tree with chalk or a small knife that this house was hobo friendly, would feed hobos, or would chase you away.
I bought The Blind on DVD! The only problem I'm having with it is not being able to understand the dialog. Music is too loud in some spots and too much twang in the character's voice. Loved the gospel message it presents!
I personally believe the majority of people in America love this country, but too many are delusioned by the artificial comfort that modern media provides.
If you have seen The Blind, in the very beginning it states "This is a true story" not "based on a true story", but they changed the real story. Just as one example, Phil got baptized in the baptistry in church (WFR), but in the movie he is baptized in the river. It's a good movie but Zach changed the real story and they promoted it as "things you you have never known before". If you have followed the Robertson's, you will know that there are no new stories. If you are trying to bring someone to Christ, it's a great movie to have them watch.
I agree with you all, people are not thankful anymore. And people are decorating for Christmas this week! This girl is doing the pumpkin mode till the 30th! They don't want people to gather and count their blessings!

Maybe when the schools took the Bible out and stopped spanking the bad kids-what do they grow up like? I work with children and some are naturally mean to the others and I have to tell them in a firm but gentle way, “No. you can’t hit other children. Jesus wouldn’t like that. Be kind.”
Hey Robertsons. The scription of the sheet of food being lowered is not a good scripture for eating of meats. The sheet of food set down was to teach the man that later when God asked him to teach the Gospel to those people he would consider unclean that he called has called them together and made them clean. He was preparing the man to accept those that he thought were unclean. God wanted him to know they were clean and needed scripture and teaching to obey the Gospel. Ok so do not use that as a way of saying it is ok to eat meat. Instead the bible in its entirity has man eating meat. Now in the old testiment he had his chosen people restricted on what kinds of meat they were aloud to eat. I can not remember if that rule was given to other people that were not the chosen people of God. But God did not disaprove of anyone who chose not to eat meat at all and that is why in the New Testiment he teaches us to not be devided over eating of meats. That if someone does not believe in eating meats than don't condem them and don't feed them meat. AND visa versa. If someone who does not eat meant is not to condem those who do eat meat. It is those verses that prove that it is ok to eat meat. Once Jesus died and raised up and we now have the gospel to bring us under Gods protection. We no longer needed to follow special rules given to people in the old testiment. Such as sacrafying animals to name one rule now gone. I think the limited Meats choice went away too. That was set aside for Gods Chosen people. Now Christ Gospel made perfect we did not need those chosen people to follow those old rules that kept them clean and apart from others. We now all belong together under A More Complete Law of the Gospel. I hope you see this and give feed back. In Light Lynn. Church of Christ member 1965.
