BRUH, *ONE MONTH?* i would say it's minimum 4 month of working (I mean that this is really an incredible job for only one month) forget what i said before. All that smoothness, lipsync, an amazing quality and the main idea of Dogday and Catnap watching 'the film' about their past (i guess) during which Dogday remembers only good things about the past but when the fight scene showed he's instantly stands up and runs away, probably meaning that he's running away from his problems instead of dealing with them, whenever Catnap is just sitting there like a doll and seeing that he's losing his best friend again. And then we see that Catnap has realized something... i hope they'll stay friends... Well, I just love these types of video with 'more than just on the surface' ideas. The main apps I used are ibis paint, cap cut, and Flipaclip
If you wanna make something like this which I'm guessing is why you asked
you'll have to Expirement, learn, and test stuff in cap cut
And
Learn how to animate by either observing other animators or watching tutorials
