Hey Rach, FYI; there is now a pap smear you do yourself, then if it comes back with any abnormalities, they will do a proper one. I went to my local women's health nurse and I did my self test there behind a curtain, very private. Now I only need my next pap smear in 5 years. Maybe consider this as it is not so invasive and they will do more if the results see any changes.

rachel! you can get self test pap smears! just ask your dr when you go in and if your eligible you can do it yourself. makes it so easy and way less evasive.

I put a daily recurring reminder on my phone for my daily meds. It has really helped me to take my meds consistently
I just turned 25 and had to do my first Pap smear too - see if you can do the self collect! It took a minute in the doctors room and it’s just a little cotton swab you do yourself that’s even easier than using a tampon. It was so much easier than I built it up in my head! X

Same, I caught Covid for the first time the week before last. It’s been a doozy, 10 days later I am still sick so I got up today and said to myself “You’re not sick, get up and get dressed and stop feeling sorry for yourself!” Did my hair and makeup and, tbh, it did feel better but it’s now 9.50am and I’m ready for a nap 😅. Mind over matter though, let’s press on together and manifest feeling better!
Hey Rachel! You can now do self-testing Pap smears in Australia! It was rolled out last year. I highly recommend it over traditional Pap smears…soo much easier. You can find info about it online but most GPs offer it now 🩷
I read names wrong all the time😹 sometimes on purpose. I think Wendell from the Emily Wilde books is actually pronounced with emphasis in the wen. But I think it sounds so fun with emphasis on the dell😂

But I have to say I love chatty vlogs ❤ maybe that's a bit because you can do other things more easier because you don't feel like you miss an essential part of the vlog, does this make sense?
You can buy cage/ basket for inside the cupboard door that is great got cling wrap or you can by floating Shelves that hang off one your shelves that work well too

I was sick last week too... Actually i have had a rough beginning to the year 😂 I've had a dodgy foot since January (physio didn't help) and then i had covid and then the cough from that lasted 6 weeks AND THEN last week that cough turned into pneumonia and then i did something to a rib by coughing so much 😩and i was just starting to better and then i fractured the same dodgy foot yesterday on the way to mothers day lunch. All that i can do is laugh about it all. 🥂Cheers to watching vlogs and reading 24/7 for the next 6 weeks.
