    check for zeros in even position and check for 1s in odd position if they are not equal then increment the swap variable and there would be another possibitie thats the exact reverse of this configurations which is length-swaps thats it return the minimum of those

    Hi Neetcode , I have a request to make, since I am from India $99 dollars at a time is super hard for me to pay , we can buy subscriptions if you can indianize the price for our region , like 199 rupees a month or so , it would help a lotta folks out here .

      The min function? It's built-in and returns the minimum of two values
