Being a new subscriber I'm curious if you've worked with PIC's as opposed to Arduino, as yet?
I had the opportunity to use them while I was still working with a former employer back in the 2010s. Since now I use microcontrollers only for small hobby applications, I tend to use the arduino family, which is a little cheaper.
