Are V sit backs or holds not recommended? If done properly, aren't we in neutral spine? Especially modified with legs bent and feet on floor. I understand that the v sit up is a risky idea as its difficult to keep form.Thanks!

Great question! Yes, you are fine IF you can stay in a neutral spine.
