    Thank you Ed for this video, actually all your videos concerning osteoporosis/osteopenia. I've watched them more than once, they are a great help to me. I'm doing all I can to "not" having to take Fosamax again. You are a blessing with your knowledge and continued help with your videos.

    Are V sit backs or holds not recommended? If done properly, aren't we in neutral spine? Especially modified with legs bent and feet on floor. I understand that the v sit up is a risky idea as its difficult to keep form.Thanks!

      Great question! Yes, you are fine IF you can stay in a neutral spine.
