I was born on 20 Jan 1962, the ephemeris shows I’m a Capricorn. My niece was born on 20 Jan 1984, the planets had moved and she’s an Aquarius. Is there any way to confirm that I am a Capricorn? I certainly have all the traits of one.
I would say being born near to the cusp on the other end. I would go with the traits that the person shows. If you show more Capricorn traits I would say you are a Capricorn. The same for your niece.
