Machine is a very good unit, but to have an operator of this with this degree of experience isn't really cost effective, the hourly cost just to have this machine running out weighs the inexperience of the one running it
Nice.I saw a 365c,and a couple of 740's once,so new,the digger still had paint on the bucket.It didn't last long(the paint),it was gone,later that day.
Indeed, this operator is not the BEST but, WHO was their FIRST, SECOND or even THIRD time behind the sticks. Heck, I've operated these machines MANY times and still LEARN something NEW ever time I take the seat! However, you gotta learn somewhere and EXPERIENCE is ALWAYS the BEST teacher! He'll eventually get up to par using this BEAST.🙂👌👍💛💯

My friend owned a painting company and whenever he bought a new work truck the first thing he did after getting the branding put on was to hit it with a hammer and leave a ding so he had first honors on it getting scratched here and there. In other words, he would not go out of his way to damage his truck further, but dinging it in that small manner was, to him a reminder "it's my work truck" and being overly anal about scratches and dings won't get in the way of productivity. :D
@@BeytekinConstructionMachinery This is not a beginners machine, I have been an operator for over fifty years and trained lots of people. These problems are not casual errors and should have been pointed out to this operator back when they were on a 70D. This is exactly why we should not be starting folks out on million dollar machines and in production positions. Whom ever is the Pit Boss is just as much at fault here, as is the Blasting foreman. Load time should be down around 1-1 1/2 Min. ,Plus travel to the dump. If those are not met the Pit Boss should be jumping. Blasting foreman should have noticed that the shot was not right, too big of rock and not loosened up properly. My comments were not ment to hurt anyone feeling but rather point out a problem for a successful mine. Cheers Benjamin, Billy in B.C., Canada
@@billyproctor9714 Thank you for your statement Billy. He's regular driving wheelloaders and drove that 352F only in the lunch break of the regular excavator driver. That's all ;-)
Thank you for your reply. I've seen where marble (and presumably, limestone) that is mined for architectural use is sawed into slabs or blocks with saws onsite, BEFORE being removed from a quarry. I presume that this quarry's limestone is of a grade that's not suitable for architectural applications but is instead pulverized.
Looks like it has a tough life ahead of it
Seems like that! ;-)

Nice video......... just hard to watch the operator........ had to stop watching it was just too frustrating.
Ups!
you are right, too slow, bucket never full
Louis Glen another fucking expert 😏Lets see your DVDs on Utube..
@@berndloidl5221 when you are gathering up rocks , its impossible to have a full bucket each time .

don't worry they are making plentty of profit.
Must be the boss's son in the seat!
Hehehe
I love excavators . they are my favorit category in heavy equipments
Me too!
Agreed! But Dozers and Feller Bunchers are a close 2nd!
I'd prefer the wheel loaders cause they have bigger buckets sometimes
Makes you think if the operator as any idea what he is doing with the price of fuel and even the excavator is up to that challenge
When u buy a Machine like this fuel shouldn't be a problem for making some serious Money !!
👍👍👍

Oh, they are good and nice machines.
I’d love a job like that I would know it’s an easy no stress just get on with it and load them dump truck up go to good job
:-)
We had one on the last job I was on it was a beast I don't dig off the finals tho I was taught better

6:45 wtf waste fuel .
its a joke lol is not an operator
😃 He also wanted to drive excavators once and took advantage of the driver's lunch break.

Beautiful Machine and with lots of power !! A pleasure watching a Machine like this hauling Ass on the Job !! Some serious money making !!!
They have now a 390F. Much more power ;-) Thx for watching!
Expensive machine
Cheap operator
Brand new excavator
Operator even newer
Poor dump trucks
Hard words ;-)

Oh Bill, that's some crazy story. What did your friend now? Auto repair shop? ;-)
He still paints and gets a new truck every two years... Haha!
Hehehe
A truly bad operator. Why give a new machine to someone like that?
Take it easy. He tested the machine in the lunch break. It's not the official driver.
EXCAVATOR
;-)
Sounds like we got some major dozer and truck action going on too.
Hehehe. Nope, that's all. ;-)
too slow cycle times, never a full bucket, dropping into bed, someone is loosing money big time here. Cheers, Billy in Canada

That's probably because the operator works for the " UNION "and they only get $52.50per hour.
On one these today in almost identical conditions! Shit top rock to the tip! This machine moves alot quicker than my old one though
What did you use in your time?
Kam tamanoha
Some chunky rocks there!
Yeah!
OK so this was your 1st day opperating
😆
That is perhaps the roughest terrain I've ever seen for an excavator. The rock is way too substantial for coal mining. What is being mined?
Limestone

Used for road or railway construction as gravel, for concrete but also used as plates. Older buildings have parts in the basement built by limestone.
Lol

I would like to see more videos of them stripping the walls in this kind of material.
They blast the material.

Hehehe, maybe some first digging hours... ;-)
Be careful
🙏✌️
Christ!!! That’s painful to watch
Hehehe. I'm so sorry!
Would a wheel loader be a better choice in this application?
In the past they used a wheel loader ( 988K ) for some time.
It appears a loader or a front facing bucket on the excavator would be better for this job.
Well, in the past they has had a shovel, than a loader and than they bought the first excavator, a Hitachi ZX800. Still in service.
Couldn't afford a thumb?
Like! 👍👍👍🙂
Danke Gábor!
