since this was made five years ago I'm not sure if you will see this, but I think that your rendition of this piece is really moving. i am working on this piece with my teacher becky and I for sure have a greater appreciation for it after watching this video. i can see the emotion in your eyes as you are playing and I felt the same. i actually got moved to tears in the more legato part with the eight note slurs and the a slur to b flat quarter notes. that was really well executed. thank you for sharing this with the world. this gives me a better idea of how to play more beautifully. if you see this give it a like so I can brag to my cello teacher that a real life awesome professional agrees with my review of your playing :D
A lot of players move around the music. Yo yo ma sways and moves when he plays pieces and so do a lot of other famous musicians and cellists. The cello is clearly sturdy enough on her body. And she was the principal cellist for the London Philharmonic before she passed, so I think she knows what she’s doing.
Did you know that criticizing a video wont make it magically change? Although your brain cell count can be compared to room temperature Celsius so maybe you don’t know. Benefit of the doubt
This was my final solo in for high school orchestra. I took it to UIL and made a one. It was an amazing senior year!
Why in high school
I still play cello to this day. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far. This is probably one of my top 5 favorite cello Suzuki pieces.
It's too hard to play!!😮

Wow your a fan my friend James Liu and I play cello
when you move you play more passionately…
wow wrong posture and im sorry to inform you that even tho the music was good the position is a bad influence for the watchers. Thumbs down
@Ruth Ann Robinson her elbow is down and I know it seems little but it is a massive mistake in the cello world.
Well she was the principal cellist for the London Philharmonic before she passed so clearly that’s not as important as you think.
Guess what? I dont give fat fawk
