I would advise some sleep hygiene habits; use the bed only for sleep, when can't sleep get up and do some relaxing activity and switch off electronic gadgets around bedtime

I would advice to reduce stress by meditating and drink warm milk before going to sleep and just calm down... and try to just go on with the flow
