34-36 PIECES CHOCOLATE SANDWICH BISCUITS
SEPARATE THE CREAM
PUT THEM INTO A GRINDER
1 CUP MILK
GRIND THEM FOR 1 MIN.
POUR INTO A BOWL
1 SACHET ENO
MIX THEM
BRUSH OIL IN A MOULD
POUR THE BATTER
FIRE UP THE STOVE (MED. LOW FLAME)
PLACE A CURRY PAN
PLACE A WIRE STAND & PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE MOULD
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN. IN MED. LOW FLAME
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
2-3 TBSP MILK
MIX THEM
¼ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP COCOA
½ CUP WATER
COOK THEM UNTIL THICKER
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT OUT THE TOP PART
DIVIDE THE CAKE
PLACE THE TOP LAYER IN BOTTOM
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
SPREAD THE CREAM LAYER
POUR THE CHOCOLATE GLAZE
REST 5-10 MIN. FOR SET

I made this cake today ...had the same problem of cream but found a solution u can mix the cream with some milk as less as possible to maintain its consistency then grind it in the grinder that's all you'll get it perfect☺️☺️

Try this at once please.. don't think it will not work out,it will definitely do..suggestions that u must accept
1. Add a little baking powder to it
2. The Oreo cream will not get mixed to milk easily so cook them on flame till it get thickens..and yes add more milk to increase the cream
3. In that choco cream,if it do not thickens add corn flour
4. If u can't write that happy bday on it...crush some dairy milk and garnish it all over the cake
It would add crisp and unique taste

The cake was just perfect! The glaze didn't turn out the way it should. First time it became hard, 2nd time runny. I would recommend you whip cream with sugar & choco powder and apply.

Superb cake mam...I tried this on my sister's birthday and she is just so happy....i made two oreo cakes and put one over other to make it seem bigger....and it was soo awesome....i loved the cake...I have tried chocolate cakes before by another recipe bt this recipe is soo great and easy to make...ingredients are easily available for this...thankyou so much and keep it up🥰🥰🥰only the cream doesn't got mixed with milk...so I used only cream without mixing it with milk
