Try this at once please.. don't think it will not work out,it will definitely do..suggestions that u must accept 1. Add a little baking powder to it 2. The Oreo cream will not get mixed to milk easily so cook them on flame till it get thickens..and yes add more milk to increase the cream 3. In that choco cream,if it do not thickens add corn flour 4. If u can't write that happy bday on it...crush some dairy milk and garnish it all over the cake It would add crisp and unique taste
