I have been wondering how victims have been coping with quarantine while living in actively abusive households. As a former domestic abuse victim, I so appreciate people like Russell and groups like Refuge that call attention to the fact that domestic abuse is happening all the time, and that it is almost certainly made worse by being forced to stay at home with your abuser. Great show, Russell!

Russell mentioned an organization for men at the end to make sure they had resources too. If there was an organization in support of say black people you wouldn't go "but what about everyone else?"..... oh wait......
I'm pretty sure people just think that it is odd to have an organisation, that only revolves around women and children and isn't just a general help line for domestic violence. I'm not sure if there is a difference between any of the three groups cases, but would probably argue that the case with the children, is more serious. In relation to the racial thing you said, It depends what the organisation is working towards I would assume, but in this case it is domestic violence, which could happen to us all. And I know that he mentioned a few other help lines, that were also pretty exclusive. IMO the only exclusive one, should be the children, if there should be any.
@@mrrunnersss many charities specialize in certain demographics. The needs for men who are victims in domestic violence are likely unique to men.
