    great recepie. but when i kept it in the sun for just 1 day, it became dry and the crust hard. any suggestion?

    निशा जी आपकी रेसिपी बहुत अच्छी है बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। एक छोटी सी कमी रह गई। करीब 7:30 मिनट के वीडियो में 5 मिनट तक सिर्फ जिमीकंद को उबालकर मैश करना सिखाया। इतनी स्लो स्पीड में थोड़ी थोड़ी बोरियत हो जाती है कृपया बुरा ना माने। आप के दिशा निर्देश के लिए बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।
