They still didn’t address the elephant in the room. They might’ve addressed part of the elephant like the kneecap or something but definitely not the whole thing. Still a bunch of unanswered questions. Why would they only post part of this statement for free? Truly in @GBRSGroup fashion to put the full statement behind a paywall. How do they know the package James was carrying to his car in the security cam footage (which we haven’t seen) was the missing BCM lower. Did they ask James what package he was carrying? How do they know the package he was leaving with wasn’t just a shirt or something? Do you guys have some prototype 32k security cameras that can see the shipping label as he was carrying it? Is it atypical for James, the shipping manager to leave the building with packages to ship (firearms or otherwise)? And why is it the day you guys called the cops the UPS guy shows up with the missing package? That’s a hell of a coincidence. Is it possible someone else messed up and James took the fall for it? What we do have is footage of the package being found in the office. We don’t have footage of the UPS driver. Why not? You have security cameras after all. Why didn't you guys talk to James before having him arrested? You had 22 days to ask James what was in the package and it doesn’t seem like you did. There’s bodycam footage of you guys saying you didn’t talk to him. Not to mention it was found within the day of James being arrested. Why'd you turn comments off for so long? It’s one thing not replying to comments under a lawyers recommendation, but turning them off because you can’t handle the criticism is something else entirely. Why'd you fire James after he was proven innocent? And most importantly, why have you still not apologized for putting an innocent man in handcuffs and leg irons.

Missing for 22 days.. not scanned & the manager hasn't seen yet he is caught on camera leaving with that package! After saying IDK where it is?? Can't be depended on & that action alone is sketchy enough & he deserved to be let go! Period

Sooooo to comply with ATF you waited 22 days before you looked at video and had James arrested??? I’m glad you can shoot well, because you’re a terrible liar.
Wait so they’re saying that they have him on camera putting the package in his car and driving off? But then the package just teleports to their drawer? Also, he was in custody. During this time. Lastly, if you asked him to be let go because all you cared about was the lower, why is he fired?
The guy who called the cops Jarrod Donaldson also the VP of GBRS was relieved of his duties as a Seal Team Commander after a sexual misconduct case investigation was completed. Fellow combat veteran here. Got a lot of respect for my fellow brothers & sisters at arms no matter the branch or skill sets. I must say I lost some respect for these guys. I still don’t think the elephant in the room has been fully addressed yet. DJ said no harm no foul after the package showed up. I hope you do an update the GBRS guy’s lawyer contacted the Civil Rights Lawyer and threatened to copyright strike his video if he didn’t take it down. On top of refusing to be honest now they are trying to blame him for loss of revenue when his video primarily focused on the action of the police to handcuff and arrest this man without even investigating what happened. If they think getting a lawyer to be a goon is gonna help them get business back they certainly have a hard lesson coming 😂 Also thanks for posting this!

You say that you have video of James leaving with the package. Did you confront James with this video? If not, that's on you. James might have recalled, "Oh yeah I took it that day to UPS because the UPS driver already came." Also, why is the client calling you 22-days later saying he hasn't received the package. Did he pay for three week shipping? A gun is being shipped and this owner never cared to get the tracking information or reach out with a few days that he hasn't received it or the tracking information is showing nothing. This would have probably helped James remember, but waiting 22-day to interrogate James, when he probably has shipped quite a lot of packages in those 22-days is ridicules. When I purchased my gun, fortunately in person, but if I ordered it online, you bet I would be waiting for the tracking information and than following the tracking of the gun. If I didn't get any tracking number by the next day, I would have reach out and requested it. This would have alerted them right away to find out what happen, as well as, everyone would still remember things that happened within the last 24-48 hours and not 22-days. Finally, I like that you have video surveillance, you say you abide by ATF/Law enforcement, but somehow you have an unsecured and weak packaging and shipping system. I'm not blaming James. Where was the checks and balances where every order is packaged and shipped correctly. I sure hope you have adjusted your packaging and shipping system to be more regulated in-house and managed. If not, than your business regarding selling and shipping guns, knifes, etc. should be shut down by the ATF. You can only sell shirts and hats.

@Patrick_Bateman____ Highly unlikely their surveillance system saved a video from 22 days prior to the cops showing up, when the dude walked out with the package. The package was unscanned…. But, had been in UPS possession for weeks???Sounds like it was misplaced internally. Somehow there is supposed to be this multi week conspiracy between the employee and the UPS driver over a BCM lower. A piece really not worth stealing, let alone worth holding for weeks just to return it when the police showed up. The company acted like a bunch of snowflakes. In reality was found when the place was turned over post arrest. Now they are doing mental acrobatics to avoid accountability. 22 days or not, the package was found in your possession guys. But you claim it was magically delivered without tracking??? Come on guys. That package never left the building. Yet the employee takes the brunt. Race aside you guys treated an employee like shit. Called your friends in n the PD who are fan boys of the teams to hustle the dude. Then y’all avoided nutting up by firing him.

First of all they were not kicked out of the service. I am not defending any one including SEALS i don't know enough about what was what. I do know the ATF requires you to notify ATF as soon as you know a fire arm is missing. What's not answered is where was the BCM Lower for 22 days. FedX nor UPS allows for a package to just sit for 22 days, so where was it at. In a firearms business there is no room for error which was amounting to a serious offense. None of us with our comments know the full story and that will come out in James Lawsuit aganist this company.

I call bullshit on it being missing 22 days, the first day its missing, look for it, check cameras, then call police. No FFL gonna let a firearm stay missing for a month, and not have already checked cameras and called police then the firearm just magically reappears just as someone is going to jail.
What matters is you put an innocent man in jail. Shamed him, hurt his career, family, and all yall are worried about is cover your asses. Thats the problem!
Questions: Why was the police report almost 100% redacted except for James name and a couple details? The police report states he was un-arrested when the cop states he was never arrested?
So a manager stole it and tried to frame James and now James is left to pick up the pieces of the corrupt people that work for your organization. Innocent person like James have to deal with this BS.
Let me get this straight: your company is so incompetent that you allowed an FFL item to go unaccounted for over 3 weeks? Also, I’m a UPS driver, we don’t just drop off packages unscanned. Every package on our cars gets scanned, no questions asked. So if your story is to be believed, it would have gotten a minimum of 3 scans. 1. Scan to get a SPA label on it to tell the loader what car to load it on and where, 2. A loaded on car scan and 3. A delivery scan which being an FFL item requires a signature from one of your employees (unless you’re ignoring the law and UPS policy regarding shipping firearms) So you’re either lying or incompetent or both. I’m willing to bet my pension you guys intentionally lied about this package ending up missing in order to railroad an employee you don’t like. Because if you’re not lying it wouldn’t be an issue to show the receipts with all the tracking information for that package.

These guys are clueless…they will never understand that the real problem is the fact they still fired the guy after realizing he didn’t steal the gun. It’s that simple…
I agree with your statement, what comes to my mind is if, if they genuinely asked all their employees if they’ve seen the box or accidentally moved it or whatever. Then they have one of the people they asked in video moving said package ok then to me in my opinion it’s a matter of someone lied for whatever reason, so for that reason if I owned a business that sells firearms and they lied about it. I would fire them for the simple fact they lied about the package. Even if it wasn’t a lie, it was truly an accident, it’s still negligence with a fire arm and I would think that would warrant termination
The problem i had with this whole incident it the buddy budy relationship you guys have with law enforcement to the point where no due process was conducted. Guilty until proven innocent, and when found wrong, doubling down instead of apologies.
You guys are supposed to be honorable men....it just happened to show up?!?! I hope he does sue you! For me it's not about color..ITS ABOUT WHATS RIGHT!!!!

As for the whole calling the cops in the first place some stupid mf'ers who don't know anything about guns will talk shit because they don't know it's required by law to notify law enforcement in that situation as soon as it's found to be missing.... What I just didn't like was the boss man's actions afterward. Sheepish af tucked away in his office not even letting dude get his own shit so he would have to face him face to face... All the other shit, if it indeed was a mistake is understandable. Calling the cops as required and whatnot. But not even facing dude after?
You know the body cam footage was released already... right? Where you acknowledged screwing up and finding the lower? It's literally on video and the cop goes " I'm really glad this happened" You even had them close the doors to your office because you were so embarrassed by your royal fuck-up. Bold move being like " I need to dispel rumors" Dawg, it's on video 🤣
Ups doesn't just show up with a un-scanned package to deliver 😂 it's real simple thar guy should of just said ( I f*cked up ) and apologized to the employee. Definitely don't think this was about racism but clearly that guy didn't steal or try to steal that lower you guys need to acknowledge that and stop being stubborn about the situation. Stop being those kinda people that can't admit your wrong. Man up and do the right thing.
I guess you missed the part where they did ask him and he claimed he hadn’t touched it. It’s amazing how listening to simple things is so hard for people who start from a position of wanting to be outraged. Someone claims they didn’t touch something but you see on video they took it to their car and it never made it to scan, pretty much anyone would assume there’s some foolery going on, but all you Monday morning QB’ing nutters on your self righteousness high horses feel good special trying to punch up on these guys from a keyboard. Pathetic
So do you guys think the dude did anything wrong ? Do you think he lied on purpose? Do you think he took the package with bad intentions? I’ll be waiting for these answers. From the video it seems like a good dude got fucked over in shitty situation and he’s the only one to take the fall.
In all seriousness why would he risk his employment and possible prison for a lower when he can buy a lower for 30 bucks all day every day, just use common sense gentlemen. Not gonna buy what ur selling.
Their little cop buddy trying to railroad the guy by any means necessary after the firearm was found was some dirty shit. Came off as ass covering and immoral, any way you slice it. Smiling in his face telling him he’s doing him a “solid” with one breath, and trying to give him felony charges with the next. Nasty work.
This doesn’t match the story your employee who was let go from seal team for sexual misconduct told the police soooooo somebody is lying him or you or both yall ?
That package never left. Just so happened to came back the exact day of the arrest. Crazy work! Either James had prior knowledge he’d be taking the heat and had it brought back or someone set him up to take the fall. Diabolical work!
How did UPS get it? If you saw the employee leaving with it, how did UPS then get it. If it was missing for 22 days you already failed the ATF guidelines it's 48 hrs
They are claiming that he took it to FedEx, FedEx then magically appear to have given it to UPS and UPS, instead of delivering a package with a valid shipping label on it, returned it to sender. None of it adds up....
Jamming a guy up on a vape pen is petty . He made a mistake and dropped it off at a different carrier . You had the cops jam him up on a weed pen . Low class
When you lose something and blame someone for stealing it, then find said thing, the requirement is to apologize. Everyone who has accountability knows this. It's pathetic that they've had the amount of training they've had and don't know that.
This why its not wise to look up men you don’t know. In the past I thought shipley was cool, after seeing the videos i was thoroughly disappointed how he turned into a statist meme in 2 seconds. Lame. I still need more details on the legality, to form a full opinion but it looks bad man.
This video makes no sense. It was missing 22 days and just so happens to show up the exact day you called the police? Show the video footage of him taking it.
Not really. They're being dishonest. Here's what happened: - They fired the innocent guy because the manager who handled it all, also a veteran, was embarrassed. Huge mistake. They should've apologized 10 times and bought him something nice or given him a raise. OR apologized and laid him off so he could get unemployment. Not doing either is the biggest mistake they made. Own the mistake fast and do the right thing. Extreme ownership? Lol. Not there. - Dude left the package at FedEx but it had UPS labels. Shipper services come at scheduled times in the day. They had already come which is why he took it to FedEx himself. Getting the shipper wrong is apparently common/inevitable in these businesses. - FedEx had previously called and left a message saying, hey we have your UPS package here. The manager probably had it on one of his stickies and then said oh sh*t after James got arrested. Then he called them and they brought it back over, probably as part of their regular pickup stop. Or they volunteered because people turn into fellating machines around these guys. That's your answer to why it showed up so fast after he was arrested. - Again, they are covering for the incompetence of the manager who reported this whole thing (the guy we see in the cam video). And DJ is showing his ongoing struggles with ethics and decency. Here's the thing: being in ST6 or taking pills doesn't automatically make you a huge pr*ck. The fact that Shipley still doesn't talk to Sr (or that he ever cut him off) is evidence of an ongoing personality disorder. Those don't magically go away. Senior isn't a perfect man, but he's a good dude and it's incredibly f*cked up to cut off your father. You know who else does that? Blue haired trannies and far left activists. Jr probably has some variety of NPD. I am of course embarrassed I spent any time on this at all. Shameful.
I don’t get Cole’s explanation. He said they didn’t want to press charges. What could they even press charges for? It showed up while dude was arrested. So how did he steal it then put it back while in police custody? And DJ said in response to people saying they jumped the gun by calling the cops prematurely, that they had to call the cops because it’s the law, but that’s not the point. The point is they pointed fingers at the guy who was arrested. They didn’t just call the cops solely to report the loss. I’m also confused on what the probable cause was for arresting him on the cops end? Can someone explain that to me?
So, they should have ignored the security footage??? You guys need to go do something productive... smh. Come up out of mom's basement and make yourself a sandwich
Legal fees aren’t free and civil suits can be costly (there is more to it, they can’t say due to an on going case) also why does it matter to you it’s their company’s issue not your company’s issue.
You have not been falsely accused and arrested clearly. The lack of a tracking number happens in UPS custody all the time. If you did qny degree of shipping, you would know this. UPS loses packages too. Tracking info is often inaccurate. They don't scan the packqges all the time for any number of reasons. You talk about loyalty, team, and integrity, but you dont live it. You had me drinking rhe Kool aaid. were guick to judge, and you will and should pay and hopefully pay for it. Prejudice.and poor jidgement. After what you did to Slayderaider I am done. It’s very hard to come back from that. But, the package can back from that. Sealed up, and what the world saw was it coming out of drawer, after your reach around soy-cop boy was still trying to do his BS. 22 days, and you didn’t track it out or if it was delivered. Crazy how your business process has led you on this journey, and then also how no one could take accountability until you cuffed him up.
@@vinpin777, if your looking for the “facts” to be the justification, good luck. You’re dealing with perception now. Theres no coming back from that. Scoop up your facts with one hand and all the perception with the other and see which one you have to shit in to get it balance out. So the perception is…man accused of stealing, arrested, stolen item found, man returned with an apology, man fired, insert your facts here, soy-boy cop continues to manipulate the situation. I’m thinking the bodycam only tells part of the story, but good luck coming back from that as well.
First off, there is no way they could have known that the black guy left the warehouse in his personal vehicle with that exact package. ((Skip to the last paragraph if you want to read what most likely happened.)) That’s total bs. Remember, they said it hadn’t been scanned. That package never left that warehouse. It’s one of those instances where a person lies (in this case the two in this video plus Ole Bojangles at the office who pulls the missing box out of his drawer) before they thought it through and now it’s backfired. If the black guy had called this mysterious UPS driver that he’s supposedly “in-cahoots” with, the cops would have known because he was in their custody, handcuffed with no access to a phone. Moving on further…which brings us to the part where the package magically appears from a random UPS driver. That’s clearly another lie. In the original video I don’t recall hearing anyone say anything about this box being missing for 22 days. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t. However, it is new information and this new development makes the story about the magical UPS driver seem even more unbelievable. Another detail that actually hurts the company’s credibility is the way they make it seem like the UPS man magically showing up with the missing package somehow makes the black guy look suspicious, when in fact it does the exact opposite. As I stated, we know the black guy didn’t call anyone because he couldn’t and why would his partner in crime, this UPS driver still have a stolen package in his possession for almost an entire month and be able to show back up with it on a whim. It’s BS, that never happened. Another thing…When your attorney tells you to STFU, it means the truth isn’t in your favor. Here’s what most likely happened…and if you’ve ever worked in a warehouse setting then you know. Someone f’d up and it wasn’t the black guy. I’m willing to bet that someone in upper management has some bad habits when it comes to doing certain things. More than likely this manager or owner is in a position where he will never be held accountable for his inefficiencies due to his relationship with the owners or maybe he is an owner. Maybe Shipley is responsible himself. Maybe he comes and goes as he pleases. He’s not there more than he is and when he is there he just F’s up everything because he’s always in the way. He doesn’t know what’s going on but since he’s the boss everyone has to deal with it. I’m sure everyone has worked at a mom n pop at least once in their life and witnessed what happens when you have an owner/boss that’s never there and when he is there, which is hardly ever, his presence screws up everything. He gives orders in order let everyone know that he’s still the big dog but all he does is tell people to do stuff they were already doing anyway. You wanna be like “dude…we got this. We know what we’re doing and all you do is kill everyone’s vibe and lower morale with your redundant commands that are completely unnecessary. If anyone in here needs guidance to do their job efficiently, it’s you…Mr Part -Timer, I mean boss. So go enjoy being rich at your beach house with your perfect family and we’ll do the rest.” Whatever day that box went missing was a day when some mgr didn’t feel like doing their job, maybe that box came into their possession right when they were about to head to cut out early on a Friday to head to their beach front mansion and that package got “rat-holed” in some cabinet in some office and when he came back to work 22 days later…that package had been forgotten. I can imagine the Shipley guy showing up whenever and leaving whenever, because he’s the boss. So he walks in and he’s like “what’s going on, why are the cops here?” And the supervisor bro explains they had the black guy arrested because they saw him walk out with a box on camera (supposedly) and that box just has to be the missing box…(fingers crossed) he hopes. Once the part timer…I mean the owner figures out what package they’re looking for he says… “oh sh!t…I put that box in that file cabinet in the back office on that Friday because Me & the wife were headed to our beach house mansion in the OBX and i didn’t feel like scanning the box & shipping it because i was about to dip out, so I just shoved it in that file cabinet Friday afternoon and when I came back to work a month later I forgot about it!” Then Shipley says, “we cannot let the truth get out because they will call this company a racist operated company and it could ruin me…I mean US..”

It’s one thing not replying to comments under a lawyers recommendation, but turning them off because you can’t handle the criticism is something else entirely. Why'd you fire James after he was proven innocent? And most importantly, why have you still not apologized for putting an innocent man in handcuffs and leg irons.

You say that you have video of James leaving with the package. Did you confront James with this video? If not, that's on you. James might have recalled, "Oh yeah I took it that day to UPS because the UPS driver already came."
Also, why is the client calling you 22-days later saying he hasn't received the package.

I agree with your statement, what comes to my mind is if, if they genuinely asked all their employees if they’ve seen the box or accidentally moved it or whatever. Action speaks louder than words.
Too many questions. There are 3 sides to every story. That being said, how was the package never scanned but then delivered back 22 days later ?
Not really. They're being dishonest. Here's what happened:
- They fired the innocent guy because the manager who handled it all, also a veteran, was embarrassed.
((Skip to the last paragraph if you want to read what most likely happened.))
That’s total bs.
So go enjoy being rich at your beach house with your perfect family and we’ll do the rest.”
Whatever day that box went missing was a day when some mgr didn’t feel like doing their job, maybe that box came into their possession right when they were about to head to cut out early on a Friday to head to their beach front mansion and that package got “rat-holed” in some cabinet in some office and when he came back to work 22 days later…that package had been forgotten.
Once the part timer…I mean the owner figures out what package they’re looking for he says… “oh sh!t…I put that box in that file cabinet in the back office on that Friday because Me & the wife were headed to our beach house mansion in the OBX and i didn’t feel like scanning the box & shipping it because i was about to dip out, so I just shoved it in that file cabinet Friday afternoon and when I came back to work a month later I forgot about it!”
Then Shipley says, “we cannot let the truth get out because they will call this company a racist operated company and it could ruin me…I mean US..”
lol your explanation is such crap bro just take the L already 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Big scary soldiers that go to war with tattoos and beards cant take accountability and own up to their fuck ups 😂
Soy...
Sounds like bs
22 days and it magically shows up at the same time the cops are hauling this guy off to jail? Uh huh. So you jam him up on a weed pen 😂. These ego maniac ex military dudes are all the same. Hoorah!
Are you a space operator? That's neat...
@@Shifty-6His brain is flat and smooth like a typical inbred 😂
Im just here after i saw the lawyer's update from today.
lol…let him go, we don’t want to press charges?? He didn’t do anything!
Guy was innocent and was put in leg shackles, There is full footage on a solicitor’s site, Police are heard saying they will smooth it over when they hand over their card, These guys should compensate the guy and not drag it out as it will damage the whole company.
"We have video footage of the guy leaving with the package."
How would you know what was inside the box? Duh.
That was a 9 minute shitty way to say “we fucked up”
