This is the popular act that officially kicks off the festivities when the Queen and her Court announce the start of the Fogueres de Sant Joan. After a communal dinner in the main square, the festeros then make a midnight tour of the historic centre, stopping to sing the 'Fogueres' anthem in honour of the images of Sant Joan.
