he is singing fine. it definitely bad mixing. his voice is set way to high i hear reverb but not enough echo no pun intended. the bongos were a bad choice. a snare box would have been better. the balance is way off. he is a descent singer the band is in time. its mixing and this song should not be done in acoustic without more alterations.

to me its just because when bands do these performances on the radio stations usually the lead singers microphones volume is 10x higher than the instruments and sounds terrible. . imagine that hummingbird being turned up all the way, i think that would make it bad ass. ... also i think the lead singers know theyre drowning out there own band , so they tone there voice down a little throws it all off....
Jason Cook that's not trapt's fault. That's the fault of whoever is running the soundboard. They didn't mic the drums properly and they need to turn down vocals and the trebble on the guitar, and turn up the bass a little.
