How did you get the custom license plates I’ve been trying to change mines with all the RUclips videos they have but none of them work

@@Caribbean-Dream242 No. To install replacement plates, you will have to put the plate textures in vehshare.ytd found in the latest patchday rpf (provided that vehshare.ytd exists in it). Currently it's patch2023_02 so install it in there. patch2023_02-dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf

If any future GTA update creates another dlc folder, check if it has vehshare.ytd inside it. If it is there, then that will be the new install location.
