Whats the white smoke under the blown methanol engines? Not out of the exhaust pipes but looks like another hose?

My guess it's steam from the cooling. Not sure if it is water or dry ice or something similar.

It's piston blow by from the high compression. The vents come off the valve covers and keep form blowing off the valve cover or oil pan.
