Hi! These are some things I would like to see in a review: - call quality - battery life - Google maps - any major issues Is the screen freezing up, is it getting really hot? Thanks
I'd love to know how the navbar works. Can you use it like arrow keys while typing longform so you dont have to tap around the screen when editing documents?
I think I want one of these. I need at some point to switch to a low distraction phone, but still need to be able to run apps for my car and bank and stuff.
Just an observation of watching several reviews now. It sounds like most people reviewing it sound disappointed after testing out the actually usage of it.
ya this phone was never suppose to be exciting due to its lack of tech im still hesistant on buying rn hopefully my unihertz titan doesnt fall apart by then
Three days in a row, i watching some videos about other people got their Minimal Phones. I'm waiting my one so bad. Want to try it with russian and georgian languages and other stuff. And i already know, how i will use this camera with my check printer.
@@spiceman54jIn the demo they released, it looks like you can just keep raising and pressing your finger during calibration until it continues. Basically the partial fingerprint graphic that normally shows up in the center seems not to render.
@@capmgn I saw that too in their video. It didn't look like it was working for them but they just kept tapping and tapping for like a full minute and it completed.
The premise of the phone is that it's boring but full featured. For me I need all apps like Authenticator apps, Spotify, etc. But I don't want any flashy aspects. It's perfect.
except for example here in italy there is only LTE network and not a single BB phone (except from the KeyONE/2) are working. I love BB, but I can't even call reliably with my older BBs
I'll make another video after I have a few days to use it. Leave a comment if there's anything specific you'd like to know!

I loved the concept but after watching a few videos I can tell this device is not well optimized for the eink form factor. Sad
Oh , i completely forgot i preordered one back in october last year lol. I was on a shopping spree and forgot this thing
Congratulations ! 🎉

Removing the numrow for the redundant hard buttons killed this for me. Awful decision.
Good video. I don't trust the 3000mAh battery. E-ink consumes more energy than people think. I also don't like those thick screen frames.
I'll be looking for your next video
I'm very interested in battery life?

Can you compare the keyboard with any Blackberry device (Q10, KeyOne, KeyTwo.) Have you ever owned a keyboard phone?
Love it!
Great video!
Definitely interested in battery life, reception, and how you feel about the qwerty keyboard over time 😊
Does it support Polish?
What network are you on? How is the network service?
This phone does not inspire confidence. What networks are you getting service on?
Did you ever get the fingerprint scanner working? Did they say why they didn't send you a case? Thanks for the video!
Cases and screen protectors aren’t shipping yet. They’re supposed to ship in a few weeks I believe.
No, haven't gotten it working. I start the registration but I can't get it to complete

This is spot on... I got my minimal phone today as well and it took me forever to figure out that the animation did not keep up.

did you get a tracking number before hand?
It doesn't look very minimal to me. Just an android phone with an eink screen and keyboard. What am I missing ?
Why the hate? Have you recently built a better, more minimal phone?
The e ink display and low refresh rate discourages media consumption, but yeah a minimal launcher makes it better
Hold my beer @@willsmith2882
It was a valid question. It's not really that minimal seeing as the only thing they've removed is colour.

Does android auto work?
This is not a minimal phone. It has a keyboard and an android os.
Wow, BB10 since it's introduction is the "ultimate minimalist" phone.
I'd rather use a Q5, Q10, Q20 or the Passport.
Some people need certain apps that BB doesn't have.
