I enjoyed the last video because it was aesthetically pleasing, but I enjoyed this video more because the crunch factor is definitely more my speed. Such a simple combination: Just powdered & shaved ice mixed together and refrozen. And yet, the texture and sound produces that crispy flakey sound that I can never get enough of. Or, at least your chunks always seem to. I swear, when it comes to making ice chunks, you literally have it on lock! There isn't a texture you can't make! 😊
