@@ubuibfrank The previous tower had been around for as long as I can remember, although I do not know if it was there when the park first opened in 1981. I am old enough that I actually went during Wonderland's opening season. I can remember some rides that are no longer there, such as the Zumba flume. And they used to let people walk up to the top of Wonder Mountain, but they no longer allow that.
Not only is this a new show, but it is a completely different diving apparatus from previous years.
