bc erwin motivated him to die , and made him realise that his death would be meaningful .
but the world has different plans, things were straight but just like eren he dont want to die without any reason , without doing anything. thats why he killed that dude with such a attitude, laughing at him bcz he died for nothing.
also i think armin was the right choice, whatever captian erwin did was for his cause, it was to reveal the truth behind titans. that was his only goal and he could sacrifise anyone for it, even his whole squad. if a straight forward minded dude is put in a complex political situation like this, i cant think of what he could have done. he was a great leader but we dont need a leader here, bcz there is no one mission. everybody wants something different and its conflicting. the solution of this problem is more complex than just" do better".
even hanji who has a straight minded charact4er , the onw who talk bad about the politics and leaders bcz they were keeping secrets from people inside walls, and not telling them everything. but in season 4 when she got in power with military rule , she has to hide information about eren from people. why is he captured ? what did he do etc etc. its more complex than it used to be in season 3, where u just have to defeat titans to win.

With all due respect , I think people comparing Armin and Erwin are stupid. Its just like comparing Ms dhoni with Virat kohli. Both have their qualities , and both are the reasons that Scouts acheived this much , and in S3 Episode 18 , Logically Erwin would have been revived as he is the commander, but Levi knew that for his dream he(Erwin) had to play the role of devil and he doesn't want him to continue living in this hell because he deeply cares for him(Not like some stupid people who think Erwin is a machine , and he can do anything) And saving Armin wasn't a blunder he is the person who played a magnificient role throughout the series and Was Humanity's greatest weapon as said by Erwin S3 Ep13 , But people ignore it.
And people saying that Erwin would have done this or that, first thing Erwin isn't a god that he would have done everything better, I am not saying Erwin wouldn't have done anything , but the fact remains the same that we don't know what would have happened , it might be better or worse .

the recent episode of attack of titan is too good although the main focus isn't eren or zeke but the other
characters. the most beautiful thing about the recent episode is that it pose a question for all those people
who support eren jeager that although he is trying to save the people of the Paradis island but is it okay if the small number of people whom he is trying to save dies in the process, this question varies from one person to another depending on their morality and the good thing is that you can't be right or wrong.
Another great contrast is about connie's mother, it makes us think if we were in connie's place and had a chance to revive someone so close to us even at the cost of doing something which is inhuman would we have still done it? a choice between saving your family or someone who is related to people who intends on seeing you dead the moment they lay their eyes on you.
many different views are also projected on whether floch is a nice guy or not? the answer is you can never arrive at the right conclusion, he wants to seek freedom to live in a place where no one is afraid and everyone is free to live their life but if someone doesn't let you live free is it okay to do it through inhuman way?

one BEAUTIFUL thing you forgot about todays episode is the last moment of connie and falco I mean the bg music was playing and connie was having thoughts of saving his mother and then falco says THANK YOU CONNIE and then the bg musics plays it part that moment was the BEAUTY of attack on titan .
Connie wants his mom to be alive and he ies taking falco to feed her but look at it falco is believing in him and thanking him and connie has begun to realise that is he doing right??? well we will know in the next episode

Honestly at this point, being a hardcore suporter or fan-boi of Eren & justifying his actions is kinda foolish. The main theme of the show is that everybody has their own motivations to do something and the world isn't completely black and white, with everyone having their own stories, and that's what Attack on Titan is all about, it never was about Titans, it was about the characters, their motivation, their stories and their perspective! Nobody is completely right and nobody is completely wrong!
If you want to know about humans and their nature than there is no better show I could think of other than AoT!
There is lot to talk about and lot to say about every character, and the way it's written, how detailed, how significant everything is, and how it all makes sense that we've to give “Hajime Isayama” a big round of applause for this phenomenonal writing. This is what we call a masterpiece, a pure work of art!!
