    Wonderful! Two things:
On the subject of breathing being effortless: I once had contrast dye before a scan at the hospital, not knowing I had an allergy to the dye, and when I "told myself" to breath in, which I had never noticed or been aware of at all before, my lungs did not respond. Luckily, by the time for the next breath, the old lungs kicked in again! So, maybe we are sending out a command to breathe in? Part of automatic body systems?
The other thing I wanted to comment on you two discussed in the last 10 minutes of the video: how "acquisitive love" is a form of excitement, and infatuation was given as an example. I couldn't help thinking that not only new love is acquisitive, but also it seems to me that when your partner is "stringing you along", in an unhealthy relationship (?), the strung along party also feels very much suffering and (unwanted, unpleasant) excitement. Unfortunately, the insecurity that results in the strung along party, in my experience, leads to a self~esteem rollercoaster and eventually doubts about one's sanity.

Unfortunately, Dr. Brewer never talks about, or mentions, porn addiction. I'm trying to use this technique to quit that powerful and dismissed addiction, but it is not working. It's sad that generally the people who talk about the dangers of porn addiction are mostly religious people or alt-right gurus. Focusing on demonizing porn or pleasure in society is not what an addict needs, but rather on how to quit the addiction. Porn is so hard to quit and so debilitating. I'll keep trying though...
However, Judson Brewer is probably the most innovative and hopeful addiction specialist out there. Although it has not been working until now, he's at least helped me a bit
