Such a great lil quest! I love how you have multiple ways for the players to tackle it as well as suggestions for outcomes depending on their choices, will definitely see if I can't squeeze it in down the track in my own game!
I'm putting this and the cat burgler quest into my next city as just little fun things to make the city feel more alive. Switching out the races and names for some characters but other than that it's great. I think you could publish these on DMs guild or something with the written out one shot for like a pay what you want thing pretty easily. I basically had to type this as you talked which was kind of a drag. Though it was admittedly a LOT easier to add my own spin onto it this way and fit it into my homebrew world. You're doing FANTASTIC stuff bud I hope you keep it up.

i really like the ambiance of an area being lit by lava and lanterns. (and stirges are never used often enough) Very good and clever adventure!
