Mine will not seal, in fact it just barely sucks enough air and then it releases the bag. What am I doing wrong? Getting ready to call amazon and returning it

@ny2bama Amazon referred me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer told me to return it.
They refunded back my money and I bought a better vacuum sealer made by Nesco
