As long as she keeps skating for her own enjoyment and not getting pressured about placements I see great things for her. Which of course will be harder to do as she continues to move back to the top group of American skaters but I hope she can handle it
Her first few jumps were outstanding!! I honestly would prefer to see her go for every jump and fall than pop them into doubles. She’s going to have to break that habit to build up her stamina and performance confidence/consistency. She’s getting so close, and once she does that she’ll be such a force to be reckoned with.

A very determined athlete, kudos to her for sticking it out, persevering and (now) believing in hetself. She is an inspiration to us all 👍👏👏

I LOVE IT. Great music choice, its sophisticated, its dramatic, its mature. Thats a WOMAN skating out there. The variance in types of movement and positions is just brilliant. With mileage this will be phenomenal. Please give her that Skate America spot USFS!!!
Perfect music and a great start! I've wanted someone to skate to Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini again. But she's GOT to start doing full run throughs. Her only issue at this point seems to be stamina!
Shes def has improved since the start of her come back. her stamina is a lot better than 2 years ago. it does take time to fully build it back up. i do agree she needs to do more full run throughs ect.

The last time I ever heard the 16th variation used was Sarah Hughes at the 2002 Olympics. It’s the middle cut of her free skate music. I think this is good for her to move on from Daphnis et Chloe, because that also paid homage to Sarah who inspired her to start skating. I love Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini. And I love her dress. I think about the Grieg SP dress a lot and this looks just like it. ☺️

Every frame of the performance is a picture, every spin is masterpiece. Every jump leaves people speechless. Russian skater called her " a child that was kissed by a God". Her hands movement left OG gold medalists crying.... A diamond shaped by Etteri to pure phenomenon. There was never, ever a skater like her. The girl is literally holding best scores ever at the age of 15. She was too good to handle for the OG. The 4S followed by 3A , followed by 3Loop, the 4T+3T, the 4T+1Er+3S , the the 3Lz+3T and 3Lz ... All that combined with step sequences_L4 and the Spins_L4 did not leave to anyone except for her teammates Sherbakova and Trusova any chance for podium. Thus the rest of the world would be fighting for the 4th place. 2 month before Olympics The faces of the US/Canadian females at " Skate canada" said it all. IOC President Thomas Bach, who killed Kamila's performance during OG-22 should die from ass cancer.
What a shame the natural talent and promise was tainted by training on performance enhancing substances. We must have fair training and competition without use of performance enhancing drugs.

Her skating looks more stable now. She's starting to bring her true self back. Getting 3rd place bronze at this ISU is 'okay' for Gracie. But it would be nice to see her going for the medals at the Nationals and within 10th place at the World tournaments. I feel 2023 is going to be a better year for Gracie. She needs to keep a balanced diet but needs to put more tough muscles on her legs. Needs more seafood salads and fish fillets in her diet. And needs to stay motivated by training for quads. All that is going to pay off later so that she can qualify to enter the world tournaments. We want more muscles, and we don't want the skinny Gracie in the past. She needs to focus on her diet, stay well balanced, and try to avoid eating too much red meats. But she needs to build more muscle on her legs at the same time. Quads training(or do at least 3 and 1 half spin during training) is a great way to build more muscle on the legs. Doesn't have to do quads in tournaments, but still needs to challenge the quads during training. She cannot stay complacent with where she is. Must maintain a sea-foods oriented diet with plenty of minerals and do at least a 3 and a half spin during training to be competitive with the rest of the world. Strive to eat more fish-fillet sandwiches and avoid the hamburgers. But strive to eat 2-3 fish fillet sandwiches and not just 1. And do take-out orders from Red 🦞 lobster. This is no joke. She needs to stay 'laser focused' on her regimen. Avoid the red-meats but still maintain the high calories. She needs the high calories to build more muscles. Complacency is an athlete's worst enemy. Gracie's only enemy is herself. Gracie will be better off to consume the White meats and sea foods and stay away from the red meats. White meat examples: Chicken, fish, Turkey Sea foods: Crab, lobster, fish, shrimps scallops, oysters etc. Gracie is exactly where she needs to be for the time being. But now she needs to start climbing the ladder. 2022-2023--> 3.5 spins in practice. 2023-2024--> 3.75 spins in practice. 2022:Total Score:180 2023:Total Score:190-210(Target) 2024:Total Score:190-230(Target)

What a disgrace. The grand opening element 3L+3T shows that it is her " hardest element". Single 3S, Single 3 Loop, Wooden spins, no flexibility. The tech score would be 70% from Valieva/ Trusova/Sherbakova. Russian females are ROFLing.
And none of them will be able to jump a 3Lz-3T by the time they reach 22 much less have clean ones at 26. What Gracie has done in her comeback is more impressive than cheated quads due to delayed puberty due to drugs and bad technique eventually leading the girls to have broken backs by the time they reach their 20's.
