Sir ji, their Sangit seva is more than any formality... I don't think there's any disrespect if any non- Sikh is unaware of covering head, and offers seva to Guruji.. Respect is and always should be from heart, apparel is secondary. They may be unaware of the code of conduct of covering the head. Will this mistake not be pardoned by Guruji himself..? Just think. Let's us be liberal for our guest.. Let's us remember Guruji's legacy always. Artists are all beyond any caste, creed, religion, sect... So are our Gurus also.
