BACKPACKING GUATEMALA | Antigua, Lago Atitlan, Flores, Tikal

Welcome back to another video! To keep it short, I went backpacking in Guatemala! The experience was everything I wanted and more. I put most of the prices for activities in the video and if you have any questions for me, leave them in the comment section below - I'd be more than happy to answer anything. We spend around $240 CAD in total on accommodations each person over our entire stay. All prices I mention in the video are in CAD.

- Antigua: Tropicana Hostel
- San Pedro: Mr. Mullet's Hostel
- Santa Cruz: Free Cerveza Hostel
- Flores: Los Amigos Hostel
An extra tip if you're planning on travelling to Guatemala..Have cash on you! A lot of your activities require you to have cash on your person (even if they tell you card is ok), especially for extra things like transport, food, extra amenities etc. Just always carry cash along with your card - there might be hidden and added fees. AND if you're feeling sick, the pharmacies are really useful and they'll tell you what might work best depending on your symptoms!

We booked the transport through Tropicana Hostel for $44 USD each - which I believe you can book it even if you’re not staying at the hostel. Best of luck, hope you love it!
