Serving - 4
Ingredients:
For Pitla -
Besan -1/2 cup
Water - 1.5 cups
Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Curry leaves - 12
Green chilli garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
For Bhakri:
Jowar flour
Salt
Water
For thecha :
Raw peanuts - 4 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 14
Green chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 6
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Salt -1/2 tsp

Awesome ! Looks yumm! In Tamil and south India - we call karela Sabji or a karela sambar type” dish , Pitla! Karela pitla! That is what in south India pitla means!
