I agree with him, I only boxed at the amateur level and even I know and abide by the unwritten law of "what goes on in the gym stays in the gym", as far as sparring goes...idk when it became cool for these fighters to break the code for LIKES. And Kambosos is a lot more humble than ppl realise or don’t know much about him. He was selling the fight he even says it to Devin you ain’t going to say anything I know it’s all going to be left on me. Kambosos has been around a long time casual boxing fans only knew of him at the Teo fight. Kam was in Manny camp since 2017 .

I said the Haney’s helped him after the 2nd fight when they knew they ain’t going to fight him again.
Devin tried to change his image around 18 months ago but he did a bad job at it & was confusing the fans so he stopped doing it .
It only went on for 3-4 weeks then he started becoming more the guy he is now giving short answers & not talking a lot & leaving it up to his dad to talk because his good at it.
His dad has like 80% of the utubers in his pocket .
That explains why he fights so timidly 💯

Because in America guys get signed to major promotional companies or get put on the shelf depending on how some sparring sessions go. Spence practically first made his name in America of blacking Floyd’s eye in sparring. Sparring matters here depending on when and where it happens.

@@Lohofua He didn’t hit and he ran. He’s not “that good” at boxing at world level fighting people his own weight. It’s very easy not to get hit when you’re never in range. Anyone with a little athleticism can do laps around the ring and jump back at every feint

That doesn’t outweigh his consistency. Rather him have a bad performance against DLS the Tank or Loma. Devin doesn’t have the power to keep Shakur hesitant to throw or on back foot consistently. It is a real fight. It's more like how they originally boxed. Boxing nowadays has so many rules you can't even use the real original boxing techniques anymore. You still can in sparring in most gyms. Sparring you fight for your life but in a boxing match you can turn your back or get on your knees and all this stops. That ain't what happens in sparring lmfao
