Did you have to call ahead of time or did you just walk in in because when I went there they said that I could only be there if I wanted to buy a car, so they said that we would have to schedule an appointment, but I couldn’t take a tour
I actually have someone i know that works there. This was probably the only reason they let me do the video

Yes, anyone can just walk in the showroom and take some photos. For the upper floors where the gt2rs was you have to know someone or be a customer
