This is how it was done 60 to 100 years ago in the states, now days it’s done in a processing plant and canned to be bought at the grocery store. It amazes me how much work goes into processing tomatoes without the aid of machines. Reminds me of my grandparents and canning they did with the garden.
I love it you do it the old fashion way nice work. I don't quite do 150klg but i do can tomato's. In my sauce i put basil and oregano in mine. plus i make salsa, juice and can whole tomato's.
