Yo! I’ve been running the Squall recently as something between my Vel and my sniper. It kicks like a (mule) but if you can tune it and keep your shots on target, it’s brutal.
TTK isn't always the best gun. Most important thing is you hit your shots, so you gotta use whatever you can control. I'm a potato so m13b is my go to, I'll have to try the cronen again tho
I gave the squall a good try out after this video and sorry but the recoil is terrible even with these attachments. To level it up to get some decent attachments is a massive chore. Several times I had to throw it way and pick up a ground loot rpk to save myself. It does do good damage when you can keep it on target.
I think you’re looking at the wrong stats or comparing them the wrong way. The squalls TTK is horrible. They nerfed it very badly and there’s a few guns that will out TTK it by a long shot. It’s truly not meta at all anymore.

I believe the STB is the best there is for rifles. Even with building the squall out, the STB beats it at every range. At 57m the STB is under 1000ms while the squall is over that. Thats with 300 health and a combination ttk. Thats more consistent then choosing a body part like the head.
@MarkusGGEZ I'm on that site and can't get my chart to look close to that showing the Cronen having that performance. I think you got something mixed up.
STB is great but I dislike the 42 round mag. Yes i’m aware of using combination or chest. Head was not selected here you’d never want to use that for a TTK calculation as that’s super unrealistic.
Hunt contract is only on one person in the squad and it goes away when that person dies. The whole squad doesn't have to die, it probably was their 4th.
Hipfire subs are awesome but the require a hipfire laser to be the best possible which is something I’m not a huge fan of. Maybe i’ll have some fun with one though
@BTN454 If we’re talking any weapon category it won’t be assault rifles or battle rifles. But if you’re specifically talking the “assault rifle” category then it’s currently Chimera. But TTK isn’t everything, for example the Chimera has too much recoil to be useful at long range.

Ya I had thought after the nerfs it fell off. But it got buffed afterwards or just went unnoticed. It is definitely the BEST rifle right now in DMZ

You are 100% correct! Fortunately I find the Squalls recoil to be quite manageable and with practice I plan to become even better at it
