Thank you for posting this lovely piece of 1971 gymnastics history. Tamara Lazakovich and Ludmilla Tourischeva tied for gold in the All-Around, both of the Soviet Union. Erica Zuchold won the bronze medal. Those three ladies won all of the medals except for Angelika Hellmann (Germany), who captured the bronze on the uneven bars.

it's lovely to watch. the gymnasts of 21st century di death defying feats like bl@ck american dancers on music videos or msdonnas back up dancers at concerts. Hollyweird.
