The Security guard didnt have a visible SIA badge and committed a section 5 public order offence. Harassing a member of the public in a place with implied public access is unacceptable. Taking photographs of a business or people is perfectly legal and lawful. No permission is required. Send this video to the CEO of the company and post it to google maps to show how badly trained these muppets are. Report the SIA badge violations on the SIA website, and take legal action against the security guard. Mike is a danger to the public.

Ay, you give the persona of a dog walker, who is monitoring the security of these sites why they are following you, so all the companies who employ these guys should refuse to pay them for the shift as they were not operasting within the perimetes of their work place.
It doesn't matter who put the yellow lines on the road... I have worked in a business estate that had its own yellow lines they could only enforce them if they put a notice up warning motorists that only visitors and employees can park in that estate.... Even if the council did put the yellow lines down they're clearly not enforcing any laws in relation to that they never do in industrial estates........

Well I've google reviewed them with photos.
