This sounds extraordinary! 🤯 I always felt their early records were a bit of a mess 'sonically' speaking. This new remaster is absolutely revelatory, brilliantly done. The whole album like this would be insane.
Hi Mike! I've only just discovered this video. Yeah, they definitely messed up in some places: Hey Now “stands out”, yes, but what I really feel bad about is the “spring” on Morning Glory. But I thought it could work as “picks for ai” in a pinch (isolated vocals (on some), bass, etc). Special thanks to you for the detailed professional conclusion in the description!
Wow! We can actually hear the string lines!! The lead gtr feels a little buried but that's probably because everything else sounds so balanced and clear (for eg. the iconic double stops at 2.00) This is still incredible, great job!
Hearing this, it's pretty evident that even morning glory was a pretty good indication of what be here now would become. Your mixing is great on this one, though I prefer it without those loud synth strings
I've heard a version from RUclipsr RSO Musica, they increased the violin sound in this song, but that channel no longer exists for some reason, but I found a very good mix in this video, thank you very much
But there’s a charm to Owen Morris’s version. ‘A plugged in distorted sound that sounds acoustic’. If the recordings went a little more ‘pop’ and easier on the ear, I don’t think the albums would have carried on the cult following.
@@nicodrum236 I can’t do all the tracks with the fold down Flacs, I would need the separated 5.1 channels and can’t seem to find them anywhere… Some songs are unusable as is.
I can see subjective… but sorry, not a fan of this mix mainly because of the artificial strings. Drums feel a little clipped and vocal doubling a little too prominent…. but yeah, subjective!.

It feels like hearing it for the first time

This is beautiful. Love the strings

We can not fix the perfection...you did.
Sounds amazing! Thanks for the work and sharing
Very impressive remaster. The vocals and instruments have nice separation and clarity. 👍
Great! You got a new subscriber 🤘🏼
Thanks, mate.
🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 thanks!
I can hear a bass now!
would like to see you try mixing blur's self titled album great stuff!
besides the lead guitar being way too quiet this is a great mix!
I do wonder if they'll look to do something with MG for the anniversary next year. Noel has always said be doesn't like the mix.
Beatiful . One of the things I always criticize of oasis was the mix . The guitars were so high and noisy
Hearing this made me hate Owen Morris
Me too

Could you make a new Remaster of Some Might Say or Morning Glory? Greetings!
@@Parach2 I will have a look into these two. Some of these mixes on 5.1 were terrible..
The kick drum is way too loud but everything else is kewl
Please all album whit this sound, what do you use?

@@MikeVlcek What's your insta....
it was perfect already, there are no mistakes in art
see it as another version then
what have you done to the drums? where has the atmospheric reverby vibe gone.
Drums way too loud

I didn't add any strings to the mix, it was already there. Cheers.
@ Yeah, I know- they are just a bit better hidden in the original mix. Not putting down your work- others like it ; so I can see subjective.
