Kyrie Irving, one of the best ball handlers in the NBA loves to play a game of 1 on 1 with his Boston Celtics teammates during team practice. Irving took the game further recently with Marcus Morris, and he scored 6 straight points on Morris with ease!
The other videos showcase Kyrie Irving's previous 1-on-1 game with Marcus Smart, Terry Rozier, and Jayson Tatum back in late 2018. Back in 2017, Kyrie took on a 1-on-1 game with Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum and Semi Ojeleye each player at at time, and Kyrie's post moves definitely won him the game.
Make sure you have your ankle insurance, health insurance and life insurance before playing a 1-on-1 game with Kyrie Irving. This could seriously injure any players, so it is recommended to have sports medical insurance, health insurance and life insurance if any unfortunate accidents happen. Injured players could file compensation for insurance injury claims from their respective insurance partners.
● Kyrie Irving committed to Duke University on October 22, 2009, and he played for Mike Krzyzewski during the 2010-2011 NCAA college basketball season. Kyrie Irving left Duke in spring 2011 without a college degree, but he promised his father to get his degree within 5 years. Later, Kyrie declared for 2011 NBA Draft and he was selected No.1 by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Kyrie Irving requested a trade back in July 2017 during a meeting with the Cleveland Cavaliers owner, Dan Gilbert. At the time, Irving said that he wanted to play in a situation in which he could be more of a focal point and that he no longer wanted to play alongside LeBron James, sources said.
Back on August 22, 2017, the Cleveland Cavaliers have decided to send Kyrie Irving to the Boston Celtics in exchange for point guard Isaiah Thomas, forward Jae Crowder, center Ante Zizic and Brooklyn Nets's 2018 unprotected first-round pick, the teams announced Tuesday night. This trade gives the Cleveland Cavaliers options and insurance if LeBron James does depart in the future.
Having all of these achievements, it is hard to believe Kyrie Irving is only 26 years old, and he is still improving every year. Back on November 16, 2017, there was a claim by Kyrie Irving himself, saying that the Earth is actually flat.
● Kyrie is notably known for his role as "Uncle Drew" in the Pepsi Max commercials. An Uncle Drew movie is set for June 29, 2018, which will be produced by Lionsgate, and promoted by The General auto car insurance company. Ever since 2011, Kyrie Irving had been playing in the Quicken Loans Arena for the past 6 years, until he came to a decision to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Quicken Loans Arena for the Boston Celtics back in July 2017.
Kyrie Irving has partnered up with major brands such as Nike, PepsiCo, Foot Locker, Panini, PSD Luxury Men's Boxer Briefs, ProCamps, and Skullcandy. In December 2014, Irving had launched his Nike Kyrie 3 signature shoe collection and since then the sale of his shoes is touching new heights day by day. The launch colorway was sold out in just 3 minutes. In 2016, he got equity stakes in American company Skullcandy. This deal was a part of an endorsement deal between him and Skullcandy. This move of Kyrie looks professionally good because of Skullcandy's global headphone and earbud market expected to be worth more than $17.5 billion by 2022.
He was the cover athlete on NBA 2K18, with covers published in both his Celtics and Cavs jerseys. Irving is headed to the big screen as the star of an Uncle Drew feature film. Irving is part owner of the Uncle Drew rights, which started as a Pepsi-funded web series. Irving also recorded a song for the movie's soundtrack. The movie led to an endorsement deal for Irving with General Mills. The company put Irving and Uncle Drew on its iconic Wheaties cereal boxes, and it helped to launch the Kyrie Irving's signature shoes Nike Kyrie 4 Wheaties colorway.

Who got better handles kyrie or iverson
Going to be honest with you I LOVED THE UNCLE DREW RUclips VIDEOS WITH THE PEPSI COMMERCIAL OR WHATEVER!! The way they did it was so much fun.. the whole premise was perfect.. all these young kids thinking they're awesome.. then Kyrie Irving comes dressed up in disguise with other basketball players and makes them look silly.. did they find out who's under the mask..
JUST AWESOME!!
I just watched the Uncle Drew movie for the first time the other day.. I REALLY THOUGHT IT SUCKED..
Really no suspense seemed predictable in typical
The RUclips videos were much much better.. the movie Lost the magic!!!
Not to mention he could have had a better cast..
@ Nathan Darren Galvez
Both are unique in their own ways. In terms of ball handling, we pick Kyrie as he is really dedicated and passionate in improving his skills everyday.
@muzikmon2267
Yes, the movie was fine but it didn't have the awesome factor.

hi marcelas i’m a big fan
You look like you play golf
Smaller players who become immune to playing against bigger guys are the most deadly
Exactly

Same thing goes for farts
@@spyox2215 😂😂
Short players in real football are deadly I'm 6'1 midfield..I have hard time getting the ball from short player they dribble low.
I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be to play that good of defense and the offensive player still scores
They are barely defending him.
salva segarra not Marcus smart
You call it good defense?
They not even jumping 🤦♂️
Yah his fadeaway is impossible to guard
One of the best feelings when you're hitting jumpers with defenders in your face!
I love that feeling
nothing beats dunking on your defender
@@Sequel7 I'm white, I wouldn't know (except like one time).
Then getting them to bite on the pump fake next play🔥🔥🔥
Kyrie is highly skilled. More so than what most people give him credit for. People think of his handles, but it's his footwork, his ability to sell fakes in all three directions, and because he's a good shooter people will buy into those hesitation moves and jumpshots. He can shoot it, take it to the rim, and has excellent control with the ball. Not to mention, high basketball IQ. Something you can't teach.
Are you happy with his recent move to the Brooklyn Nets?
@@JimmyBallers20 don't ask that man we all love kyrie no matter what he do like cmon naw🤷💯😁the man is just elite and amazing at what he does how can u hate u kno😅

Easily one of the top 5 most skilled players in the league. The foot work, the finishing, and the 50/40/90 shooting. Pure entertainment.
easily top 5 skilled players of all time wtf

@@lilquinn9865 nigga your reading comprehension is at an all time low. U stupid
Kyrie never averaged 50-40-90 in his life
@@jessicagalvan3358 2020-2021 season, look it up.
No wonder why Celtics started losing since Kyrie showed up. He demoralizes the entire team during practice with those ass whoopings.
lmao
So confused. He is now moving to the Nets with KD bro. Even if KD doesn’t play this season, they will make it interesting when he does play. Don’t hate bro. You mad because u got no game

shouldve known kyrie was leaving, we saw how much right here he didnt care about his teammates.
rose-tinted king 🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Now all these dudes been ‘ghosted’
The look bro get when playin the game is only comparable to jay z when rappin, will smith when acting, michael when performing. Bro was made to hoop💘
It's king of the court rules. 3 dribbles only and no crossovers (the no crossover shit is new to me but that's what it looked like)
I never played king of the court with those rules
That's how i always play
@@PunkRockJedi420 I never played with no crossovers but definitely 3 dribble max. I know they playin no crossovers because Kyrie had to give up the ball when he did.
while Klay Thompson making shot with no dribbles at all.
@@tyh4180 Pretty sure it isn't no crossover but probably Kyrie must've felt as if he lost control of the play therefore ends his move. You can see on his previous turn starting at 2:57 he jabs, drives 2 dribbles and then Cross through legs pivot spin fade away. This was the same move he did the second time round but decided to hand the ball over.
I remember when we use to have this rule about continuity the player had to make a play in a single seamless manner. Therefore if you fumbled the ball, footing got caught up, over dribbled, or the defensive player disrupted your move but prodding the ball out of your hands your moved ended. I think the same thing happened to Kyrie since the purpose is to train you to create effective shooting and play making abilities in a timely manner.
When you can only pray & have faith in divine beings, guarding this man
Uncle Drew doing what he do!!
imagine if kyrie was 6'6... SHEESH
Kobe m8
no need to imagine
Less ball control, higher centre of gravity. He's good as he is.

Watching Tatum shoot all those jump shots was killing me.
But scored tha most…🤷🏾♂️
They were playing two dribbles only.

Yes I agree Very difficult to guard
Using the glass on the sixth shot was a thing of beauty 👏

he didn’t fumble anything
Lol Marcus played good defense, he forced Kyrie into taking difficult shots, it’s just Kyrie get buckets. Simple.
LMAOO WHICH MARCUS
Isabella An Smart obviously lol
@@isabellaan9413 yeah..the one that's playing good defense...
Man, I haven't played 1-on-1 in so long.
Watching Kyrie break these fools off is bringing back all of the adrenaline.
Yes, best 1v1 player! 🔥
For all of Kyrie's flaws and shenanigans, one thing I respect about him is that he doesn't play for fouls. He could flop and bitch when he drives, but instead he tries to avoid contact and make his shots with a sick move.
U literally care more abt his personal life than what he does on the court 😂Ur a casual
Yooo somebody tell me why curry has no 1v1 games vs anybody but high schoolers I’m starting to think if he can get a screen his game ain’t there
@@datruth2179 curry isn’t good in 1v1s
Kyrie’s post game separates him from every other guard in the league

Huge respect for kyrie and this video is great
Very impressive. I clicked Like in about 1 second before watching the video. Kyrie Irving "The Wizard of Basketball"
A true fan right there!
I remember celtics had the #1 defense in the league at the time, probably from the team having to guard Kyrie during these kinds of drills
Yup that’s what it was.
Are we just gonna Ignore tatum blew a 3-1 lead 😂
3-0
Boi look how this ages of yk
And that’s why the Boston organization puts the whole blame on Irving because he schooled them all.
They lowkey hate Kyrie 😂imagine u going to the gym and all of you and your friends lose to the smallest guy
Marcus- XXL once you over6ft that height shit goes out the window it’s all bout what you can do and who does it the best
4:15 I saw the shadow of T-mac!!
If only 2K had Kyrie's actual form.. They've been using the same jump shots since 2k9
You cant blame them honestly how do you defend that
Tatum should be styling his game after Kd and pg, he doesn’t need Kyries moves to get his shot off, he’s 6’8!
Not many young players got that fade-away 🔥
When Jason Tatum went 3 - 0 up, that's when Kyrie took it personally
not now in the series lmfaoo
"The basketball like a music."
this needs to be an actual thing.... NBA needs to do 1on1s...
They used to
Is this what he's been doing to James Harden in Nets practice causing JH to leave?
Yes
He is the best closer in the game
Kyrie:_*"if you guys beat me,i'll stay."*_
He made sure to size all of em up before he left !!😂
LOL! 😂🔥🏀
Kyrie has afro hair that time so that means its the start of the season and tatum is the first one who use the double stepback
I’m pretty sure people who have true handles discovered it years ago 😂😂
I had it in 2015 seldom uses them in the game depending in situation
Harden obviously had it around 2014 i supposed during his prime
Kryie had it kemba have it but doesn’t uses it
Again it depends on the type of handle they have
Kinda impress that curry could you that move his handle is kinda old school so I’m really impress
@@michaelaaron2415 too bad youre not one of the people who has good handles 😂
I still remember that conversation he had with Kobe. Kyrie knew he had what it takes, Kobe would still win though cause he is ultra aggressive on defense in a one on one setting and then Kobe would just body Kyrie and walk him down in the post.
We all seen, Kobe locked hım up in real match, and scored on him. Kobe would win easy. Still don't know how Kyrie trash talked Kobe.
@@alp165 I mean he locked him up for one or two players. Kyrie had like 25+ points with 10+ assists plus they won the game.
@@alp165 Thay was one play in a 5v5 game one on one there’s more space and more opportunities to take your guy on one on one.
@@eboncurry423 the difference is Kyrie is just too small to guard Kobe on the other end. Kobe wouldn't need to do anything crazy other than just back him down. So it's not even a fair matchup
That's 2012 Kyrie or 2013
This video confirms why that celtics team didn’t workout
Team just playing one on one. What did you see Sherlock?
1:36 DWADE 😂💖
Kyrie is the most skilled offensive player of all time. 50-40-90 season, best handles of all time, 3pt Contest Champion, some of the best footwork of all time, arguably the best finishing of all time.
Y’all hear him say “D Wade” haha respect
Yes, he was referring his shot to Dwyane Wade's shot.
JimmyBallers20 I know haha
This is why boston is great at their defense against nets
Now let's just hope he re-signs long term so he can keep doing this!
He can keep doing this with any team
@@yoshatabi well yes of course, I meant specifically busting the Celtics asses in practice haha
He going to lakers with lebron and AD
Nah we dont need him. 37/109 in the bucks series. He choked.
Yeah, about that....
Every one of em play lock down defence crazy how good he is
Anybody else realize the Brooklyn Nets shorts on Kyrie
Nope I think those are just black Boston shorts
This how you gain respect dominants &an ppl to knoe your the best.
Tatum vs irving is on fire
The way he said yes when he made his sixth bucket 😂
He's a playmaking shot creator, that's why
Now it's either Tatum or Walker winning the 1 on 1s in Boston.
🙌🙌🙌
i can imagine kyrie jordan and kobe going at it all night long in 1v1
Thanks lots for the video. :)
Thanks for the watching the video, and the support Steven Forman! 😃

No wonder why they didn't seem to be on the same page in the playoffs; Kyrie out here emphasizing 1-on-1 over team basketball during practice.
Once Ky got that first bucket on Tatum, I knew it was curtains. Man really thought he was finna win doing the same stepback 😅
*You Gotta Love Kyrie Irving*
Jayson vs Kyrie was the best one.
Celtics needs Kyrie during the playoffs! His true value will be displayed by then
Those fades he was doing were of this world
Well i noticed Kyrie wore all black all the time, hinting the move to Brooklyn😉

Kyrie's fadeaway is deadly💀💯
All this does is make them better players. Theres no shame in loosing a one to Kyrie. He would have to play every time he was seen on the court tho!
I love watching these
Kyrie with the Kobe instinct
Yes.
Kyrie is a good shooter
Tatum did the same 1-dribble stepback every time 🤔
He’s got more in his bag than that. Irving had him shook.
Uncle Drew!!

If Kyrie was 6"7 with his same skill, he woulf have a chance at being top 5 in history. He has overtaken Iverson as the p4p best player of all time.
