Greetings from South Jersey! I installed the Memphis Shades Rio Grande on my 2021 Street Bob and am very pleased with it. I mainly ride with it on, but during the hot summer I do take it off from time to time. Great Video. Keep it up!
I got one of these on the 2021 version, Good choice took me a while and some patients like a good couple of hours to line it all up, what i didn't do was align the lights and when i went out and it was getting dark the lights were in the tree's, thats something to bare in mind, just didn't think at the time. Good bikes though. Did a few other upgrades to mine. Seat, Sissy bar, engine guard acts as forward footrests, stage-1 and V&H Mini Grenades, so customizable these machines
Were you able to adjust the headlight without removing the fairing? I did the same thing - took it out last night and headlight was pointed up too much. Need to go back and adjust it today. Hoping I can get to it without taking the fairing off completely.
Been binging your content. Every video has been bugging you to paint your fairing. Well here we are at the install Paint that thing! Please! For the love of everything holy!!
Great looking bike, and even better how-to video. One thing though, seems like the headlight isn’t fully Flush / aligned with the lines of the fairing. Is this normal ? Is there not a way to have it perfectly flush ?
Just seeing this video. I have the same bike and color. I'm seeing those fairings painted, with the same oem color on the bike. I personally think painting them looks alot better than having that odd color sitting up there.
@@TheMotoJawn it's a fantastic bike. You've done alot of the mods I want to do to mine. The street bob is basically a blank slate for customization. I'm not sure which way I want to take it yet, but a windshield is definitely needed at speed. At least for me. I feel like I'm having to hang on for dear life fighting wind at my size.
Nice bike. I also have a 22 street bob in gauntlet gray. Just picked up the Memphis shades with the 11inch smoke along with some Viking saddle bags. Can’t wait to install them. Curious how well the fairing deflects the wind.
Weird question: How much room do you have between the fairing and the fuel tank? I have a 5 gallon tank on my street bob, so im worried about fitment and clearance
Looks great! I just installed mine as well on my bike, got exactly the same one but in gauntlet gray. Do you experience any wind buffeting? Tried all the adjusting, but keep having some at 70mph and above. Do you experience the same?
Thanks Moto , also I have a 1200 custom, wondering if there's huge difference when upgrading either to Bob or low rider , like suspension vice, handling etc , appreciate any help
@@TheMotoJawn ya I watched ur video I mean it’s not to crazy to out them on but one of them just didn’t fit I out one in and left no room for the other one tried many ways nothing I just did a Mickey mouse way it was stressing me out
2022 street bob is my 5th bike and by far my favorite. Have this fairing still in the box, can’t decide if I am going to like the ride with a fairing or not.
Just got mine installed. Took notes from the video before I went downstairs to get started. Thanks for posting.
Right on man good luck with it
Yesterday , I purchased a 2020 street Bob. I really dig this Memphis shade product. Thanks 👍I liked, and subbed
Thanks for stopping by 🤟

Great video well put together , right to the meat and potatoes. No fluff or extra unnecessary things
thanks exact setup i am looking to do on my 2020 except i will be having it colour matched in wicked red
Mini floorboards or MX footpegs could go well with the bike too. Looks fantastic

Yeah i just had to rotate the headlight forward and it lined up
@@TheMotoJawn yes, I think I saw it about an hour ago on another video. Thanks !
Thanks for the video. I just installed mine following along.

I'm also 5'6. I also have a 22 street bob. Mine is also red. This is the RUclips channel for me.
Nice I'll be curious to hear some of your thoughts on the bike!

It does okay. I should have went a tad bigger since the new seat I have sets me up a bit higher. All good though, love it.
Thanks, appreciate the information!

Black levers? I think you should consider that. It would look good next to the Memphis shade.
Coming soon
Do you prefer the cafe windshield or the one you're using now

Thanks! A little bit so far but not terrible. Seems unavoidable
I think I’m going to go with one of these next season.
Highly recommend. I'll have more info coming on it soon
Does this come as a whole kit /everything included and if so how much does it cost? Thanks
Fairing, mounts and screen are all sold separately. Check out memphis shades website for pricing
Looks great. Now I'm going to get one.
Good choice 👌
Great install. 👍
Yooo thanks!
nice, also does the saddlemen seat help people who have lower back pain , was wanting to get one , have solo sundowner currently
It might there's a little support back there
Thanks Moto , also I have a 1200 custom, wondering if there's huge difference when upgrading either to Bob or low rider , like suspension vice, handling etc , appreciate any help
@@rajugeorge2312 definitely major difference when moving up to a softail power handling everything is so much better
Did you need the headlight extension block? I just got one and didn’t get that.
I think you have to buy it separately but not absolutely needed. The headlight just won't be flush with the fairing without
Thanks for the video,! What size is your sissy bar?
Great vid--now I want one haha! what kind a seat is that? Looks nice...is it comfortable?
LePera kickflip seat. I like it. Stay tuned tomorrow full video on it coming out
@@TheMotoJawn thank you!!
Is this Saddle OK for two ?
I can’t get it on right everything on my bike stock had revzilla put the order in and the spacers won’t fit only one goes in
What if your handle bars are set higher up
Might need a higher screen attached
@@TheMotoJawn thank you no I had to adjust my bars back they were sitting up right. I did it tho thank you for your help
Is the extension a must?
Not exactly. The light just won't be flush with that opening that's all
@@TheMotoJawn you probably airway said it but what height is the windshield?
@@TheMotoJawn never mind I see it
In your thumb nail you have a bag on your bike, what bag is that?
Old brand called T-bags. Think they went out of business
How u get both spacers in
What spacers?
@@TheMotoJawn 3:27 those lil round black spacers that go in between the light
@@bryancardenas-qs4ig they should fit right in on both sides of the extender block inside the silver mount piece of the headlight

Hi I'm tall 5'6'', it's better 11' or 9'??
I think either would work. 9 is a little easier for visibility
Ok you forgot to tighten the nut on the headlight ))
All tight maybe forgot to show lol
Please can provide me the part number about wind shield I need to order same to my bike the Memphis shades road warrior I have same your bike thanks
Memphis shades raod warrior, mounting hardware, 11in windshield
Not gunna lie I wasn’t a fan of this year’s street bob until I saw this video
I agree not till I saw it in person and got one 😂
